Really excited to bring some movement to Lisbon on Monday 2nd November @primalmoveslisbon I’ve been teaching yoga for 15+ years and I’m always amazed at how deep we can go with this practice And you’ve been asking, so here we go… A two hour nourishing, intuitive movement practice weaving together somatic embodiment, yoga-inspired movement, myofascial exploration, breath and sound.
Through spiralling, unwinding, fluid movement, gentle stretches and hands-on release, we soften tension, awaken sensation and rediscover the body’s natural intelligence.
Guided by curiosity rather than choreography, we explore new ways of moving, releasing habitual patterns and reconnecting with ourselves from the inside out.
We close with soothing healing frequencies, allowing the experience to settle and integrate, leaving you feeling spacious, grounded and deeply connected. Monday 2/11 at 6.30pm Grab your space via Luma - follow the link in the bio Look forward to moving with you Much love 🧡

Been really enjoying building strength alongside my yoga practice lately. 💪 Yoga has taught me so much about my body, and I love continuing to explore movement in different ways, challenge myself, and see what I’m capable of.

Practicing an ancient approach to Yoga has a power that you often will not find in your regular urban yoga classes. Do to the fast past lifestyles , technology , and obsessive relationship with the body , I often see modern day Yoga teachers teach the practice with little integration of its ancient Tantric & Vedic roots . Teaching Philosophy is essential. Because , Yoga is a complete healing system of the mind ( Psychology ) - body - Spirit . The way the lineages teaches Yoga is by inviting people to slow down… slow down the nervous system and with the practice of sacred tools - Mantra , Yantra , Mudra , Asana , Meditation and Nada - you offer a complete healing session to your SELF. It’s an Energy Purification and a Direct Path to Self Love and Self Realization . For the Benefit of All . Personally , I have dedicated 20+ years to this practice . Trained & Certified in the Shivananda Lineage , Kaula Tantra , Isha Hatha Yoga , Iyengar , Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Shakta Tantra. Today , my classes bridge these Ancient Lineages . 🔱 Join me for a our monthly - Tantra Yoga 2h Session at @primalmoveslisbon -> Monday 19/10 OCTOBER 20th at 7pm - With Live Bansuri Music by @sunilflutist 🎶🎵🎶 🔻 Early Bird - Linkinbio Journey to Ancient India and enjoy a slow paced and rejuvenating Tantra Yoga Practice. #tantrayoga #ancientindia #vedanta #satyamshivamsundaram #shivashakti

Your saved list is already out of date. New seafood spots, new bakeries, new places that didn’t exist the last time you were here. Lisbon is in one of those cities where the best thing to do is walk, look in windows and smell something baking. Book one, stumble into three more.

Moving through the grief… After breathwork sessions which I hold, I often cry. Crying is such a profound medicine for processing emotions through the body 💦 At times I need to cry out the emotions of my clients that move through my energetic field. Which makes me want to share about the importance of processing our collective grief. 🏋️‍♀️ The men’s weight of holding responsibility. 🏋️‍♀️ The women’s wound of being too much or not enough. 💌 The grief over healthy air and unpolluted planet. 💦 The sadness cuz by all inequality and lack of justice as well as our personal losses. There is space to feel all the emotions. They say “you have to feel it to heal it”, and it’s true. When we let the emotions move through our body then they come and go. If we resist, we end up holding on which gives the opposite effect. The paradox of duality! The breathwork sessions I hold are an invitation to open space for feeling — and for simply being with whatever is here. We work somatically, meaning we meet these deeper layers through the body, rather than trying to understand everything through the head. 🌝 If something in you is asking for that space, I’d love you to join me for weekly group or private breathwork sessions in Ericeira this October 🌬️ Comment “INNER” and I’ll send you the details 🙏🏽💌

The Low Lunge takes the standard lunge deeper by dropping onto the forearms for a more intense stretch through the front of the body. By lowering onto the forearms, the front leg sinks deeper into hip flexion while the back leg extends further into hip extension, stretching the front line of the body from two directions at once. This reaches connective tissue that’s harder to access in a standing or upright lunge. Holding this deeper position gives the tissue time to gradually lengthen and open, rather than forcing range through movement alone.
