Prince trains three times a week.

No extremes, no six-day split, no chasing volume for the sake of it.

Just a structure that actually fits around his life and can be repeated for the long haul.

That's the whole foundation. Full body training, three sessions, consistency over intensity.

Over time, that adds up to over 30kg lost, a 300kg deadlift, and a complete shift in how he thinks about training and nutrition.

Here's the part people miss though — Prince didn't get these results despite only training three times a week. He got them because of it.

Because three sessions he could actually stick to, every single week, will always beat a plan that looks better on paper but falls apart by Wednesday.

That's not a compromise. That's the whole point.
If you've ever tried to force a 5 or 6 day plan into a life that doesn't have room for it — and ended up starting over more times than you'd like to admit — this is exactly what I'm covering in a free live session next Thursday.

Fitting Fitness Around Real Life — free, live, 3rd Sept, 7:30pm. Link in bio.

Losing over 30kg is impressive.

Becoming one of the strongest you’ve ever been along the way tells a much bigger story.

When Prince started coaching, this was never about simply making the number on the scales as small as possible.

We wanted to build something.

Strength. Structure. Consistency. Confidence.

And over the time we’ve worked together, that’s exactly what he’s done.

Over 30kg down, while continuing to get stronger and eventually pulling a 300kg deadlift.

But as impressive as those numbers are, the biggest change has probably been in Prince himself.

The discipline he’s built. The standards he holds himself to. The confidence that comes from repeatedly proving to yourself that you’re capable of more.

Because a transformation shouldn’t just leave you lighter.

It should leave you stronger, fitter, leaner and more capable than when you started.

And Prince is a pretty fucking good example of that.

Proud of you mate ❤️

If you’ve been training for a while but feel like your effort isn’t translating into the progress you know you’re capable of, I’ve got a few spaces available for 1-1 coaching right now.

Drop me “COACHING” and we’ll have a chat about where you’re at, where you want to get to, and whether I can help.

Prince has been training consistently three times per week.

No extremes, no unnecessary complexity, just a structure that fits his life and can be repeated over time.

The foundation has been full body training. This has allowed him to train consistently, recover properly, and continue progressing without needing to rely on high training volumes or rigid weekly schedules.

Over time, that consistency has added up.

He’s lost over 30kg, while significantly increasing his strength across all of his lifts, including a 280kg deadlift with no straps or belt.

But the biggest progress isn’t just physical.

It’s the shift in mindset around training and nutrition. Building discipline, understanding how to manage food without overcomplicating it, and developing habits that actually stick.

That’s what allows results like this to happen.

Not a short-term push, but a structure that can be followed long term.

This is exactly the approach we use across Tribe.
