It isn’t the bridge to nowhere when it leads to this kind of brunch. Just a short walk from Tuckey Street is @probyskitchen serving up breakfast and lunch daily and even dinner on select nights. Tuckey Street really is in the middle of all the best Cork City has to offer.

Join us for weekday breakfast at @probyskitchen !

Back with another brunch bucket reel. Both @lifewithlaura96 and I wanted pancakes and the #brunchbucket provided!

The ricotta pancakes at Proby’s Kitchen keep me coming back again and again. Fluffy, flavourful, and not too sweet. The ricotta keeps them from being dry while the lemon, honeycomb, and banana bring layers of fresh flavour to each bite. I’ve also enjoyed their French toast, pancetta hash (without the pancetta), and the breakfast Caprese. All were delicious.

Fresh, quality ingredients and a top notch team make Proby’s a place I will always recommend. Especially for groups or those with mixed dietary needs.

Located by St Finbarr’s Cathedral, Proby’s is the neighborhood spot you need in your life. It’s a short walk from the Grand Parade parking lot (on the library side of the street) and close to Washington Street for the bus routes.

🏷️ I paid:
€14.50 pancakes
€. 6.50 smoothie

€21.00 + tip

c is for corcaigh • that's gaelic for cork, you see. a city that has my heart + my stomach + my irish heritage all wrapped up in a charming wee bow. what can be said about cork that hasn't been said already? food capital, music + charm abound, walkable + waterfront, butter haven. i see why corkonians think cork is better than literally everywhere else (+ i might have to agree!).

One of my go-to breakfast spots🍳✨

The food always tastes fresh, and the service has been lovely each time I’ve visited⭐️

Their French toast is hands down the best I’ve had in Cork and is definitely worth trying😋
