What a positive couple of weeks! From Dublin to Norway, spending time with some incredible people and seeing first-hand the extraordinary growth happening across the data centre industry. Regenerate is gaining real momentum, with exciting projects ahead and, most importantly, a fantastic team of people coming together who share the same passion and vision. Still a lot of hard work ahead, but incredibly excited about what we’re building and the difference we can make to the people behind this industry. The journey is only just beginning!

@aestheticshow_uk 2026 ✔️ This industry is growing fast. New products, new brands, endless claims. Knowing what’s real science and what’s marketing is genuinely hard — for practitioners and patients alike. Days like this help cut through it. @abeskincare to regenerative medicine —#celoravita @rebecca_dermafocus @annabakerskinclinic @bamanurses brought the evidence. @evolus.uk @aestheticsbygalderma.uk backing education over noise. @michaelkane @drdevpatel1 reminding us to question everything. Regulation. Scotland. Where the UK goes next — @doctor_land @prof_lee_smith @am.aesthetics @drmanavbawa @drroshofficial And meeting @drdecates in person — finally. A privilege. The Netherlands is showing us what medical, evidence-based aesthetics looks like. We should want that for our patients too. Safety. Transparency. Trust. That’s why @tweak_app was created #AestheticShaw2026 #PatientSafety #AestheticMedicine #tweakapp Tweak

Today I had the privilege of speaking at the very first Aesthetic Show UK in London. I’m incredibly proud to have been invited to be part of a brand new event that brings together so many passionate professionals committed to advancing our industry. My first session focused on business growth, where I shared some of the strategies that have helped us build a sustainable clinic and business over the years. It’s always a privilege to share not just the successes, but the lessons learnt along the way. Later in the day, I joined an expert panel discussing complications and regulation—an important conversation centred around patient safety, governance and raising standards within aesthetics. These are topics I’m incredibly passionate about, and I believe they’re fundamental to the future of our profession. A huge thank you to the organisers for the invitation, my fellow speakers for the insightful discussions, and everyone who attended the sessions. Days like today remind me how fortunate I am to be able to contribute to an industry that never stops evolving. Here’s to continuing to learn, share knowledge, and raise standards together.

Really enjoyed hosting a panel at @thetechcapital_ event last month in Athens. One of the key reasons I pivoted into this industry was the stark and troubling rise in mental health challenges—it’s something that’s only accelerating. Before @regeneratewellnessuk there wasn’t a clear, structured solution to address it in these high-pressure environments. That’s what we’re now focused on changing.

. 🇬🇧My first scientific article has been published today. This project would not have been successfully completed in this way without the guidance and support of my mentors and colleagues who walked this path with me. I am grateful to all of you 😊🙏🏻

Christmas reminds us that the most important part of this season is people — coming together, sharing ideas, and creating memories. That’s the heart of Aesthetic Dialogue. Thank you to our incredible speakers and community for being part of it. Wishing you a beautiful Christmas and a bright start to the New Year 🎄✨
