Chiropractic care successfully manages *Tension headaches* by addressing underlying musculoskeletal issues like spinal misalignments and muscle tension.
A Chiropractor performs a thorough assessment and uses gentle, targeted spinal adjustments to restore proper spinal alignment.

This will relieve nerve pressure, reduce inflammation, and improve muscle and joint function.

Additionally, a Chiropractor may provide personalized advice on posture, ergonomics, and at-home exercises to prevent future headaches.

Happy Women’s Day ♥️
My soul-sisters, my safe place, my fierce space holders … who have loved me loudly and held me through every season.

Thank you for holding me in my hardest moments and celebrating me in my brightest ones. For being my mirrors, my anchors, my safe place to land.

You are my living prayers in motion.

Today, I honor you, not just for the power and grace you carry into the world, but for the way you’ve carried me, too… in joy, in grief, in becoming.

May we keep rising together, hand in hand, always.

With all my heart,
K ♥️

Never in my wildest imagination did I think I’d be sitting on a panel speaking about women’s health a week before my due date (The ankles do not lie 😂)

This September we were scheduled for our second round of IVF and now in the same month we are welcoming our miracle rainbow baby boy 💕🌈

It has been a pleasure to watch myself grow professionally this year , to see my work and efforts acknowledged and to meet so many beautiful women along the way, I hope that with everything I do I am making my boys in heaven proud 👼🏻❤️

This Counsellor is officially on maternity leave until 2025 🌈

The mini pancakes were a delightful treat that brought a smile to the face of every guest. The tiny, fluffy morsels of joy were a perfect addition to the baby shower menu. What I loved most about mini pancakes is their versatility. They were topped the most unusual varieties. While you can request almost anything your heart desires, from syrup and butter to fruit, chocolate chips, or even whipped cream. I decided to leave the toppings to the dream team Mishka and Zahraa Jadwat.
The texture of the mini pancakes is impeccable, soft and tender on the inside with a slight crispness on the edges. They deliver to your door, or set up a live station, making them an ideal choice for parties, high tea, dinner parties or satisfying your sweet craving, indulge yourself, you will not regret it . The bite-size pancakes make them perfect for sharing with friends, colleagues and family.
They offer a charming and fun twist on a beloved breakfast classic. Whether you’re a kid or an adult, there’s something undeniably delightful about these tiny pancakes that makes them a must-try treat.
