That awkward moment when you promised to give up carbs 2 hours ago... enter @ajspatio 😅

I came for the $5 brioche breakfast sammich and also left with an order of perfectly toasted sourdough sprinkled with savory Italian seasoning and salt with cheese dip. The sammich was an absolute star, and I felt lucky to find a good bfast food place near where I live that I can afford and isn't some overpriced Starbucks nonsense. AJ was so sweet and even brought my food to me.

They have more than just this though, including pizzas I hear are the best in the South Austin vicinity and waffles if you have a sweet tooth for breakfast. I can't wait to try them!

AJ's Patio is in the backyard of @progressbuda in Buda. Come check them out! 🍞🥞🍕

Kellie stayed at our East Austin boutique hotel and just left us this glowing 5-star hotel review. 🥰

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Heywood Heaven!

"The Heywood Hotel was 10 stars. From check-in with Barb and her kindness when I had to wait for my purse I left in a friends car, recommending Lou’s and the best burger in Texas, having my luggage already in the room and a wonderful tour on the way.

Let’s talk about the room, shall we? Oh so comfy bed, skylights, plants, high-quality linens, special touches and placeholders with my name spelled correctly and the best coffee and chai tea I’ve ever tasted!

It was so good, now I’m having that same coffee at my home in Tampa, Florida!

I highly recommend the Heywood when in Austin, I will definitely be staying in this beautiful boutique hotel again🙂🫶🏻💕"

Thank you, Kellie. We look forward to seeing you next time. 🖤

We ❤️ @progresscoffee!

Did you know we are the only folks around the Bastrop area that use @progresscoffee roasters? They’ve been our go-to for six years now and curate our very own blends — always roasted with love. ❤️
