Did you see the CONSCIOUS COFFEE Crew @bristolcoffeefestival!!☕✨ We had a great time talking all things coffee and drinking ourselves into a caffeine fueled craze throughout the day 🫣 so many incredible value driven businesses in one space! From direct farmer relationships to experimental roasters and people trying to make positive changes in the world through coffee! Big up to our fellow barista schools @wellgroundedhq and @bossandbrewacademy who share our view that a career in hospitality can change your life and give you a platform to change the world!! We’ve got some Hario V60s (size 02) and glass carafes in the shop now for anyone wanting to stylishly make a very tasty coffee at home. These V60s are also part of Hario’s collaboration with Project Waterfall, celebrating 20 years of the V60.  Project Waterfall do really important work helping coffee growing communities get access to clean water and proper sanitation, which feels like a pretty good thing to support when so much of what we do relies on those communities in the first place. The 400ml carafe is its perfect buddy. It’s made from heatproof glass and nicely sized for brewing into. Plus, is just a handsome little vessel for whatever else you fancy putting in it. They’re £15 each, or grab the pair and we’ll chuck in some V60 papers for free so you’ve got everything you need to get going. They’re on the shelves now and, if you’ve never made a V60 before, ask us and we’ll happily talk you through it 👍

The @hariouk X @project_waterfall V60 really stands out on my shelf. ☕️ It’s been getting daily use since it arrived, and I love the way the light catches it throughout the day. Even better, proceeds from sales support @project_waterfall and their work bringing clean water to coffee-growing communities. 🌍💧 A great-looking dripper with an even better purpose. Another reason to pick one up. #coffee #coffeeoftheday #specialitycoffee #pourover #filtercoffee

Nemba Natural / Burundi in collaboration with @project_waterfall 💦 🌍 £1 from every bag is being directly donated to Project Waterfall! Nemba washing station lies in the northern province of Kayanza which is led by an agromist that overseas the implementation of good agricultural practices and farmer education. All producers that create this lot are smallholders that own on average 150 trees, 1,700 meters above sea level near the Kibila forest. The washing station participates in a number of farmer outreach and support projects that are largely centered on strengthening cooperatives and improving yields. This lot is a clean, elegant natural coffee with notes of sweet melon, mixed berries and a subtle floral finish. At Pearhaus Coffee, we are more than roasting specialty coffee. We give back, supporting projects and communities. We’ve been enjoying Nemba as V60 at home and in the Roastery💗
