There’s something special about a Ram returning home to serve. 🐏🤎 I had the honor of returning to my university to lead an interactive presentation on Managing Stress & Building Coping Skills for College Success. We talked about recognizing signs of stress, anxiety, and worry, practicing healthy coping strategies, and debunking common mental health myths—all while giving students practical tools they can take with them beyond the classroom. As a therapist and fellow Ram, being able to return to a place that helped shape me and pour back into the students who are walking those same halls was truly a full-circle moment. 🤎 Thank you to Project B-Healthy and the GLS Campus Suicide Prevention Grant for the opportunity to serve! Once a Ram, always a Ram. 🐏 #wssu #wssualumni #mentalhealth #collegementalhealth #mentalwellness
