2025
This year was ok…acceptable.
Too many tests and not enough results.
So much fatigue and not enough energy
Tribulation after tribulation.
But I still did some of my favorite things. That’s a win 🤷🏽‍♀️

New Podcast Episode out Now🎧

Dancers move like world-class athletes but they rarely get proper care.

Jasmine from @promotionats_ is here to change this mentality and in our conversation we touch many subjects including what it means to offer high quality support to dancers and help them with recovery, injury prevention and longevity ✨

Special shout out to @ynotdatwins_onoff💜

Little teaser to my new Podcast Episode with Jasmine from @promotionats_
Full conversation coming out soon🎧

As we all know, dancers are undervalued... somewhat they are not as respected the same as athletes nor as revered as other artists. This really shows in the lack of care given or that is accessible to them. This is why Jasmine has turned it into her life mission to support the dance community providing high quality health assistance during battles, shows and beyond✨
