Guys, every time there are about two or three weeks left before a competition, I want to completely lock myself into my own routine and not get distracted by anything. That’s why it’s always really hard for me to combine the final weeks of prep with social media. And before this, I just used to quit it. But now I don’t want to quit. I know for sure that a lot of you are rooting for me, worried about me, and actually want to know what’s going on with me. So even if it’s not as often, I’ll still be here. It’s just that this always happens to me. I close myself off a bit in my own thoughts and my own actions. It helps me.
So for now, that’s how it is. Don’t worry. As soon as the X date gets closer, the structure will change and I’ll be here a lot. I’ll have plenty of time to annoy you. Hugging you all. Thanks for the support. Love you🫶

I fell off the radar for a few days because I was flat-out sick.
When an infection hits, most people make two huge mistakes. They either try to force heavy training while severely inflamed, which just wrecks your recovery and drags it out. Or they swallow useless home remedies and wait weeks to bounce back. When I get sick, I don’t wait around. I execute a precise protocol to protect my muscle, support my immune system, and get back to 100% as fast as possible.
Here’s the exact science-backed stack I used to get back on my feet.
First, high-dose Vitamin C and D3. During an infection, your body burns through Vitamin C fast. High doses help reduce oxidative stress and support your immune cells. Pair that with Vitamin D3 to activate T-cell signaling and keep your immune response in check.
Second, MST Immune Support. You can’t recover on vitamins alone. You need trace minerals and bioflavonoids. This stack gives you high-quality zinc and selenium, which help block viral replication, plus antioxidants to protect your tissue from damage.
Third, massive fluid intake plus MST EAAs. When you’re sick and not eating normally, fever and inflammation speed up muscle breakdown and dehydrate you. Plain water isn’t enough. I spiked my water with EAAs to keep my blood full of amino acids, which prevents muscle breakdown and keeps me hydrated without stressing my stomach. This is especially helpful for people who struggle with their appetite when they’re sick. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I’m not one of them. My appetite is an absolute beast, any time of day or night and basically in any condition 😁 And it’s way easier to drink 4 to 5 liters of water when it actually tastes good.
Stop panicking when you get sick.
Stop rushing back into heavy deadlifts or something else with a fever. Start giving your cells what they actually need to recover.
Respect your body and others. Handle your immunity. Get back to work.

The shape isn’t current anymore, but while I’m lying here sick, I have to give you something. So here’s my luck: getting sick three weeks before the competition. But my body knows better, and obviously it’s exhausted. Everything happens for a reason, so I hope I deal with this crap quickly and come back to the final stage of prep with new strength.
