We have a tendency to get things out of order.

We rush, we fill, we move from one thing to the next—trying to build a life that feels peaceful, steady, and full. But so often, the very things we’re searching for—peace, clarity, strength, renewal—are found in the place we’re most likely to skip: stillness before Jesus.

Not because stillness is easy, but because it requires us to release control. To stop striving. To sit long enough to actually notice Him.

Scripture shows us that God doesn’t compete with noise—He meets us in stillness. Again and again, His presence is revealed not in the wind or the fire, but in the gentle whisper. Stillness isn’t empty; it’s where our souls are reordered around what is eternally true.

And if we’re honest, we don’t always build rhythms that support that kind of life. We try to be replenished without slowing down. We want clarity, but avoid the quiet where it’s formed. So we end up depleted—not because we’re doing too little, but because we’re doing so much without being with Him.

I’ve felt this personally. In busy seasons, aka life, having something simple and practical has been essential—not another thing to manage, but something that helps corral my thoughts, steady my heart, and bring me back to what’s true. It’s helped me be present for the life I’m actually living, not just rushing through it.
And to be honest, I really need to work on this. I feel the tug, which is why this tool feels so timely.

What if, for 100 days, we made this an absolute non-negotiable? What might shift?

This journal was created from that place. Not more to do, but a simple daily rhythm to pause, listen, and realign your heart with what matters most.

And maybe this Easter, instead of adding more, you create space to actually receive what He’s already done.

Technically, it releases March 31, aka a week from now, so it’s a no-brainer to preorder— then you get it in time for Easter—plus you’ll receive the free podcast + extras.

If your soul has been craving something slower— if you feel like you’re living in a hurry, this is for you 🤍
