POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

120 property investors and business owners in Glasgow learning how to sell with more confidence, consistency and control. 🎤

Great to be back speaking in the UK at Property Connect Network (PCN), sharing how to build a Sales Operating System.

We covered the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach through to discovery, closing and follow-up.

One of the biggest lessons I wanted everyone to leave with?

Consistent sales results come from consistent sales behaviours.

Not relying on motivation, personality or the occasional good month.

But having a repeatable system that gives you greater control over your sales performance.

Because whether you’re selling property, professional services or any other product, the principles of effective selling remain the same.

A brilliant room of ambitious people, plenty of engagement and some great conversations afterwards. Well done to what you’ve built @david_smart_property

Thanks to the PCN team for having me! 👏

PCN Podcast Episode 44🎙️

I was joined by Sarah Inglis-Harman, the property ghost 👻

Sarah has been quietly going about her business growing a large portfolio while working as a sales leader in tech.

Starting during maternity, she has amassed a sizeable portfolio, undertaken flips and speaks openly about using sourcers, what to look out for, donvalues and the overall ups and downs of property.

Loads of value in this one from someone who I’m sure will be seen more and more going forward 💯

Consistensy beats intensity. Every time.

Regularly over 1.5k views on YouTube.

6 months ago I was 300-500.

Not huge numbers, but proof of staying consistent works no matter what it is you’re doing.

Had some amazing guests on the podcast, with loads more lined up.

Always looking to take a slightly different approach in an industry where everyone knows everyone.

And the amount I take away from them as well, I feel lucky to be able to do it!

Stay consistent, whatever you’re doing.

You only lose if you quit 💯

Big thanks to the team behind the scenes 🙌🤝

Very interesting presentation last night from @pauldoc91 and how he is using AI to run about 90% of his serviced accommodation business. The automation was fascinating to see and thanks to Paul for being so open on how he runs his business. Another great call from @propertycoachingnetwork

I did the PCN intensive course back in March not really knowing what to expect.

I wouldn't have dreamt about being in front of cameras.

Seven months later I'm sat down on camera talking about the course, how it changed my approach to property, and what the network has meant for the journey so far.

If you've been sitting on the fence about getting involved in property or investing, feel free to send me a message with any questions.

PCN Q3 event. Glasgow. Saturday.

Four speakers. One room. None of it recorded.

Steven Lang on commercial property. The real difference between residential and commercial and how to actually go after it.

Sarah Sanchez on Meta ads. The targeting, the follow up, and why the ad is only half the job.

David Smart on building something real. Systems, processes, and the most underrated piece of advice I've heard: tell everyone what you're doing.

Colin Campbell on the investor journey from first conversation to closed deal. Five steps, frameworks for every stage, and the part nobody talks about enough: what happens after the sale.

Free for PCN members. Already worth it many times over.

If you're building in property and not in the room for these, you should be.

Another one done with @alexanderson.property. Over £40k made through referrals and co-sourcing 🙌

And another with @_cameronproperty 🤝

What an amazing room on Saturday! 🔥

Around half of everyone in attendance was at their very first networking event!

I remember exactly what that felt like. Daunting, nerve-wracking and completely outside your comfort zone.

But that’s exactly where you want to be! 💪

The energy and buzz in the room was superb all day. So many conversations, new connections and people looking to push themselves forward in property.

A massive thank you to our brilliant speakers 👏

🎤 Steven Lang – Sharing his knowledge and experience in commercial property investing.

🎤 Sarah Sanchez – A fantastic presentation on Meta Ads and how to use them effectively.

🎤 Colin Campbell – Bringing his expertise in sales and how it relates to the property industry.

And most importantly, a huge thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and contributed to making it such a great day.

Networking is about putting yourself out there, building relationships and creating opportunities. You never know where one conversation might lead!

Until the next one! 🚀💪
