Meet Proshat ✨ — your guide for Hatha & Meditation Mondays at 10:30 AM.

Every sequence she builds is intentional from the very first breath to the last, weaving movement and meditation into one deeply nourishing practice. You’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and leave feeling more connected to your body, your breath, and yourself.

Rooted in Sivananda, Ashtanga, and Iyengar traditions and shaped by years of dedicated training, Proshat holds space for a balance of strength and stillness on the mat. For her, yoga isn’t just a practice — it’s a lifelong path of self-discovery, compassion, and presence.

Join her this Monday at 10:30 AM 🧘

📍410 - 658 Homer St, Vancouver (Inside Evolve Strength Gym)
🗓️ Book through The Prana Lounge app | www.thepranalounge.com

In these ever-changing seasons of life, allow yourself to feel the steadiness of the earth as if you have roots going down like a tree.
Let anything that might arise, move through you as it will, knowing that all that arises will pass away.
Sense your ability to stay open, steady & present with all that arises on this earth...💫

Like the body, the mind & soul need time to digest, assimilate & rest. We create this rest by allowing space that we can breathe in.

This weeks affirmation is “I am empowered”

Being empowered means feeling strong and confident in who you are. It's about knowing your own abilities and believing in yourself. You go after your dreams, overcome challenges, and make good things happen in your life and for others. I am empowered.
