I don’t have an anus anymore.

But I’m back playing golf, padel, and pickleball nine months after major surgery.

My body works. It just needs a lot more maintenance than it used to.

The knee, the back, the calf. There’s always something that needs attention before I can go play.

Getting ready now feels a bit like preparing a 2004 Range Rover for a road trip. Check the fluids. Tighten a few things. Ignore one suspicious noise.

I’ve been using the Cho-Pat, CoreStretch, and Pro Stick from Medi-Dyne as part of that routine.

If you know someone who plays pickleball, they probably have enough paddles already. Maybe get them something for the rest of their body.

Available at Medi-Dyne.com.

Muscle tension that’s hard to reach?
I’m a licensed massage therapist, and in this video I’m showing a few ways to use the ProStretch Peanut Ball for targeted self-massage. I demonstrate placements around the base of the skull, upper back, and other muscle areas where tension can build. Use gentle, comfortable pressure.
The skeleton is a miniature teaching model—the actual ball is 6 × 3 × 3 inches and weighs 6 oz.#MassageTherapist#ProStretch #PeanutBall #MuscleTension

One tool, so many ways to stretch! 🙌

As a massage therapist, I like having options. Here I’m demonstrating a few ways to use this stretching tool—lying down, seated, and standing.

Gentle stretching can support flexibility and may help ease that tight, stiff feeling. Which position would you try first?

🔥 Tight hips that never seem to loosen up?

Most people keep stretching harder... but sometimes that's exactly why nothing changes.

When tissue is guarding, pulling on it can make it tighten even more. Instead, I focus on creating space, improving mobility, and helping the body feel safe enough to let go.

In this video, I'm working into deeper hip structures that often contribute to stubborn hip, glute, and lower back tension.

✅ Better hip mobility
✅ Targets deep glute muscles
✅ Great for active recovery
✅ Helps you move with less restriction

👉 Product link is in the comments and in my bio if you'd like to check it out.

💬 What's tighter on you right now?

🔹 Hips
🔹 Glutes
🔹 Lower Back
🔹 Hamstrings

Lower back and hamstrings feeling tight? This supported hip hinge combines a gentle stretch with a slow, controlled reach. Stay within a comfortable range and don’t force the movement.

Your recovery shouldn’t stop when you leave the treatment room. 💪

I’ve been checking out a couple products from ProStretch Plus that make it easy to stay on top of mobility and muscle tension at home.

🔥 Calf Stretcher — an easy way to get a deeper, more controlled stretch through the calves and lower leg. Great for pre and post exercise.

🎯 Knot Bad Muscle Hook — lets you target those stubborn knots and tight spots that are hard to reach on your own. Also allow you to actively release muscles on the go!

Whether you’re an athlete, runner, weekend warrior, or just constantly dealing with tight muscles, having the right recovery tools can make a difference.

Move better. Recover better. Feel better.

Check out ProStretch Plus and add these to your recovery routine! 🙌 @prostretchproducts

Plantar Fasciitis (PF ) recovery update 👣✨

Sharing what’s been helping me lately because plantar fasciitis can be such a frustrating journey. It is a slow process and needs effort and patience.

👟Got fitted at @fleetfeetpleasanton and switched to the shoes that suited me best; ended up with @hoka based on their recommendation and what felt right for me
🩴Wearing @oofos sandals for extra support at home as it is advised to not walk barefoot
✔️ Using a night splint @prostretchproducts night sock
🧦Wearing compression socks by @os1st

👣Daily recovery work:
• rolling arches + heels on a ball
• frozen bottle roll
• foot roller

🦵Strength work (because weak hips/quads can contribute too):
• squats
• wall squats
• glute bridges
• clamshells
• calf raises

🚴‍♀️Since walking is limited right now, I’m choosing lower-impact movement instead like stationary bike and rowing ; staying active without aggravating the foot

Still healing, still learning, but finally seeing some progress 🙌

PF recovery really seems to be about consistency, support, and strengthening the full lower body, not just the foot.

If you’ve recovered from PF, what helped you most? 👇
