I share principles of the American Constitution, freedom, family and faith. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Send this to the woman in your life who’s been told she doesn’t fit the category for what she’s trying to do. Deborah Sampson served seventeen months in the Continental Army disguised as a man — and when a musket ball hit her thigh, she dug it out herself rather than be discovered. She didn’t fit the category. She served anyway.

Save this and send it to someone who’s one hard season from quitting on what they’re building.

Washington crossed a freezing river on Christmas night because waiting would’ve killed the whole cause. Comment FAITH and I’ll send you the link to grab your own Pocket Constitution — pay what you want, as low as $1.

Save this. Send it to the person in your life who thinks Washington was just a general with a wooden-teeth myth attached to him. He was the one founder with the power to become a king, and he chose character over control instead.

A British soldier shot James Caldwell’s wife dead in her own doorway. Three weeks later he was back on the line, handing soldiers hymnals to load their muskets with — “Give ‘em Watts, boys!”

Liberty was never inherited. It was paid for in installments by people who refused to sit the fight out.

Save this. Send it to the guy at work who thinks church and country have nothing to do with each other.

Save this. Send it to the person who still pictures one man on a horse, shouting the whole Revolution awake, alone.

Save this. Send it to the person who still pictures all 56 signing shoulder to shoulder on July 4th like the painting.

I don't think there's anything wrong with sharing our stories and experiences with faith. But I do think social media has created a new form of testimony: the "I'm telling you my truth without telling you how it's working for me" testimony.

We need to be careful not to let someone's half-told testimony justify our own walk with Jesus.

An experience can be sincere without being a complete picture of the gospel. And someone's personal conclusion isn't a substitute for God's revealed truth.

"Yet, whatever your personal circumstance, you are part—a key part—of the family of God and of your own family, whether in the future, in this world, or in the spirit world. Your trust from God is to nurture as many of His and your family members as you can with your love and your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ."

I need to revisit Nephi.

If anyone understood opposition, and how loud murmuring can be, it was Nephi.

He wasn't trying to reach people by becoming more like them. He didn't manipulate his message to make it easier for them to receive.

He stood firm.

He testified.

And he trusted the power of Jesus Christ to soften hearts and bring people to understand.

That kind of trust in Christ is something I want to have more of.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, October General conference 2026. Whatever happened to being a watchmen on the tower, whatever happened to boldness and being unashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ!? #lds #christianity #Mormon #generalconference #bookofmormon

In more words, The Family Proclamation teaches:

“All human beings—male and female—are created in the image of God. Each is a beloved spirit son or daughter of heavenly parents, and, as such, each has a divine nature and destiny. …”

“In the premortal realm, spirit sons and daughters… accepted His plan by which His children could obtain a physical body and gain earthly experience to progress toward perfection…”

“We declare that God’s commandment for His children to multiply and replenish the earth remains in force. …”

“We affirm the sanctity of life and of its importance in God’s eternal plan. …”

“Children are entitled to birth…”

This isn’t just a political issue. The sanctity of life is a DOCTRINAL matter.
