Please USE THIS if you can’t fix the underneath miss

It’s infuriating to watch players miss underneath.. over and over and over.
We have to be willing to make an adjustment SO BIG it might feel weird.
Swing at your eyes
Swing above the ball
Swing and miss overtop of it

Be willing to fail so you can succeed. Great players can make these weird thoughts turn into good results

Challenge yourself in the cage. Lindsay is using the @provelocitybat Quick Stick to make training even harder. Smaller barrel and helps you self correct with hearing when the bands click behind you.

Pro Velocity bat is one of my “Go To” training bats for older players looking to build strength and depth to their swings

Getting the “barrel” sliding behind the rear shoulder as players get into early connection and creating great zone coverage.

Instantly translated for this young man!

Get your hands on one ASAP and watch those swings transform!

It’s not the drill that changes the moves, it’s the intent and thoughts within the drill. Different hitters need to have different focuses even when doing the same drill. In this case we added the @provelobat to an open 45 drill to help him feel a flatter entry and earlier bat speed.

Late on the ball? This reaction drill trains an earlier start and a quicker turn. Partner drops the ball. Hitter loads, turns, and fires before it hits the ground. Using the @provelocitybat makes it even better. The resistance bands build bat speed, and the “click” feedback lets you hear when your path is short and quick.

Save this for your next practice.
