Me & twin, at it AGAIN. 🤞🏽🔥

Another HYROX sim in the books, finishing at 1:16 again BUT shaving 45 SECONDS off our last sim! 👏🏽

Little by little, we’re getting stronger, learning from each sim, and finding ways to improve. Progress doesn’t always have to be a massive leap, sometimes it’s showing up, putting in the work, and trusting that the little things are adding up. 🫡

BIG shoutout to @proximalstrength for hosting such a great sim! The energy, the setup, and the opportunity to get out there and push ourselves were SO appreciated. @jennyshineshine & @jeremymhire - you did an amazing job! 🖤

Next up: @1stphorm HQ next weekend. 👀 We’re coming for that next improvement. LET’S DO THE WORK! 🔥

Progress is not linear. 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️

Some days you’ll feel stronger.
Some days you’ll feel like you’re starting over.
Some days the weight moves, the pace gets faster, and everything clicks.
Other days, simply showing up is the win.

And that doesn’t mean you’re going backward.

Growth has seasons. There are breakthroughs, plateaus, setbacks, and days where you have to remind yourself just how far you’ve already come.

❌Don’t let one bad workout make you question your progress.
❌Don’t let one slow run make you question whether you’re a runner.
❌Don’t let one hard season make you forget what God has already brought you through.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Keep trusting the process.

Because progress isn’t just about being better every single day. It’s about becoming better over time. 🤍
