Exactly today 8 years ago Lauren ‘s life was tragically taken from her ! She was just a girl like me, full of ambitions and moving toward a bright future…. Her only crime was being a woman with a heart full of love and trust. Today I choose to remember her, I choose to honor her life and legacy and to raise the banner against sexual and relationship violence against any gender or person! Continue to rest Lauren 🙇‍♀️❤️❤️💗💗💗💗💐💐🌼🌻🌻🌻🌼💐💐💐 @prssauofu @lmcfoundation #shunsexualviolence #protectourcampus

Department of Communication students recently visited the @kslnews Broadcast House for a behind-the-scenes look at the newsroom, sets, studios, control room, and more!

Organized by the U's chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), with support from adjunct professor Amanda Dickson, the visit gave students interested in communication and public relations an opportunity to explore the industry firsthand.

A special shoutout to KSL's Emily Ashmead for sharing insights into the industry!
