Team Exercise or Team Couch?? This stat is according to the Harvard Alumni Study which is linked in our stories. We say exercising and moving more helps you FEEL BETTER regardless of whether you live longer so why bother arguing. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣💪 Use your energy and 🧠 power instead to figure out a way to add daily movement that’s sustainable and fun for you. Do you know the best fitness program out there hands down??? The one you’ll do! Make sure it’s something you enjoy at least some of the time. You’ll never stick with something you dread doing every day. Need help getting started and finding ways to make movement/exercise more enjoyable? Comment “fun” below or DM us now.

Meet Leo. Leo was referred to Valorfit from some friends in Des Moines that had utilized the our program. He packed up all of his belongings and took a risk looking for a better way of life. He found it. Leo has struggled with his mental health after being in a serious accident while in Korea. He has had dozens of surgeries to correct the injuries from the accident. He's doing so great! Next week Leo and his girlfriend will welcome a new baby into this world and his only goal is to be the best version of himself and to be a great father. We can get down with that! It was really nice being back at @crossfitwaukee where the reality of Valorfit was created. Having Board Member Alison Vice get to see her hard work firsthand and share it with her college friend and owner of Crossfit Waukee owner Laura Hoegh was great! If you are interested in sponsoring a Veteran in our program (just as @viceconcrete does) please visit the link in our bio. Cause we're just getting started.
