VICTORY: A federal judge has dismissed the Trump DOJ’s FACE Act lawsuit against @pslnewjersey and other pro-Palestine protesters! The court ruled that a social media post calling for protest was protected First Amendment speech—a call to assemble—not a threat of violence. @thepcjf called the case vindictive viewpoint discrimination. DOJ attorney Harmeet Dhillon has said the department aims to “dismantle” groups advocating for Palestinian human rights. Protesting genocide is not a crime. Free Palestine! 🇵🇸

All Power to the People! 💙🖤 Peace All, on behalf of Build More Unity, we would like to give a very heartfelt thank you to all those who showed up on the birthday of Chairman Fred Hampton and helped to create a powerful program commemorating Black August and the continuing struggle to free our Political Prisoners, including imprisoned Veterans of the Black Panthers Party. Local artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, community organizers, and community members came together to offer what they can in the form of writing letters, and raising funds to go directly to various campaigns. We heard from longtime community organizers such as Baba Zayid Muhammad, Black Panther Party Veterans Atno Smith and BJ Johnson, Panther Cubs such as Five Mualim-ak, younger organizers from Anakbayan North Jersey, and Gabe Bryant from the Campaign to Free Mumia Abu Jamal. As they recounted the history of Black August, the history of the BPP, the ongoing struggles to free political prisoners and its interconnected struggle internationally against US Imperialism, the organizations they represent along with others provided ways to connect to their work. We would also love to give a massive extension of gratitude to all of the artists who shared their work to create a space where culture is not removed from our shared revolutionary tradition and is in fact a powerful weapon for liberation. We also thank Neighbors Studio for allowing us to conduct our program in their space that they offer to the community. It is fitting that we were able to conduct such a program on the same street where the first BPP office in Jersey City was once located. In the coming days we will share more photos and highlights from our event, along with ways to connect to ongoing and future work! Free the Panther 3! Free Mumia Abu Jamal! Free Kenny Zulu Whitmore! Free Kamau Sadiki! Free Em All!!! 💙🖤 Build More Unity, On All Fronts! ❤️🖤💚 #freeemall #allpowertothepeople #freekamausadiki #freemumia #freezulu

Peace Family, On behalf of one of our most beloved Comrades and founding members of Build More Unity, we are raising an ask from the community to donate to help with living expenses. Unfortunately capitalism continues to force us to pay beyond what we are compensated for time and again. This becomes more difficult when dealing with life transitions and familial loss. Please consider donating, even if it is just a little, as this Comrade has regularly poured their all into serving the people. Goal: $2500 Cashapp: $buildmoreunity Venmo: buildmoreunity Zelle: DM us for info. Build More Unity, On All Fronts! ❤️🖤💚

Summer 2026 dump !!! This was such an eventful summer wow. Organizing, work, internship, punk show or goth night, family functions, repeat 🔁. I’d be lying if i said there wasnt hard moments. Delaney Hall being one of the toughest, and most prominent examples of facism in this country. I hope that the innocent lives being stripped from Newark to Palestine never leave our consciousness. Even though summer is coming to a close, the work is far from done.
