So excited to join Team TEAL again for the 2026 TREK TO PERU! Website in bio!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This September reminded me of something I’ve learned again and again in survivorship: Advocacy is not meant to be done alone. 🩵

From city meetings to teal lightings, to proclamation ceremonies, my friends showed up beside me every step of the way. 🩵

They walked into council chambers with me, took photos, wore teal, and helped carry the weight of a mission that is deeply personal to all of us. 🩵

Their support turned heavy days into hopeful ones, and their presence reminded me that even the most difficult moments have room for connection, laughter and light.🩵

I’m so grateful for every friend who stood with me this month, your love and your willingness to show up made all the difference.🩵

Big thank yous to the Cities of Flagstaff, Goodyear, Tucson, Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert in Arizona. And the Townships of West Orange and Mendham in New Jersey for their endless support of this endeavor.🩵

And this is why my Together in TEAL Walk matters so much this year.🩵

I walk for the women we’ve lost, the women still fighting, and the women who don’t yet know they’re in danger.🩵

I walk for the women that we talked about and honored in each and every one of those meetings.🩵

There’s ONLY one month left to sign up, donate, and help me reach my goal! Your donation isn’t just a gift, it’s a lifeline that supports research, resources, and the future survivors who will need them most. 🩵

A huge thank you to all of our incredible speakers who joined us for our 2026 Fundraising Festival on September 26! 👊🏻💥

Thank you for sharing your stories and the stories of your loved ones to help spread awareness for ovarian cancer. Your voices matter, your stories matter, and you are helping remind others that they are not alone.

We admire your strength, your courage, and the way you continue to make your punch count by sharing your story. 🩵

Thank you for standing with us and helping us #FightBack!

Maybe “across” was never just about geography. 💙

It’s across organizations. Across communities. Across stories. Across all the people already doing incredible work.

We don’t need to recreate it.

We want to help connect it.

Turns out, “Across” might be our favorite part of the name.

A beautiful morning of cooking, laughing, and connecting at NOCC’s Survivor Social!

🩵🥞 The lemon zest ricotta pancakes were delicious, but the connections were even sweeter.

Thank you, NOCC Pacific Region, for bringing survivors and caregivers together. This is what community is all about—showing up, connecting, and reminding each other that we don’t walk this journey alone. 🩵

During National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, we’re reminded that no one should have to face ovarian cancer alone. 💙

For those impacted by ovarian cancer, having a community that understands, listens, and stands beside you can make a meaningful difference. Community support can provide connection, encouragement, and a reminder that no one has to navigate an ovarian cancer diagnosis alone.

Hear from voices in the ovarian cancer community and learn why support matters.

Last year at Rosh Hashanah, I was sharing with loved ones that I was “going for some tests,” and had “an unusual mass in my abdomen.” That mass was a tumor and the weeks that followed were not exactly “healthy” or “sweet.” This year, I am saying 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 because 𝗜 𝗔𝗠 (a survivor) 𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡 (do hard things) 𝗜 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 (help others) and 𝗜 𝗗𝗢 (DID beat cancer)! Thank you to the amazing women behind @tealacrossamerica for bringing together survivors and supporters at my preferred temple (@pelotonstudios ). Fundraising and Peloton… I can’t think of a better to spread awareness about ovarian cancer!

Yesterday, you showed up for TEAL. 🩵 To everyone who clipped in with us at @onepeloton Peloton Studios New York, joined us from home, cheered us on, shared our mission, or donated to the cause - thank you. Every ride, every dollar, every share and every voice helped put ovarian cancer awareness in motion.

And @iamicaniwillido -Christine D’Ercole… you didn’t just show up to teach a class. You showed up for TEAL. From your outfit, to the playlist, to your words, your energy, and the genuine support you gave our cause - you were the real deal. You made us feel seen. You made this mission feel personal. And you gave us a ride we will never forget.

For our very first Teal Across America event, we couldn’t have imagined a more powerful beginning.

To our friends at NOCC, our riders, our virtual community, our donors, our families and every person who helped make this happen - thank you for believing in what we’re building.

Yesterday was about so much more than 30 minutes on a bike.

It was about community.
It was about awareness.
It was about showing what can happen when people come together for a purpose.

TEAL is officially in motion. And we’re just getting started. 🩵🚴🩵 #tealacrossamerica #NOCC #ovariancancerawarenessmonth #onestorycanchangeonelife #peloton
