tillness. 🤍

Through mindful transitions, conscious breathing, and steady awareness, we explore the balance between strength, flexibility, and surrender.

Ending in Sarvangasana — the Shoulder Stand, a beautiful reminder that sometimes, changing our perspective changes everything. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

I wanted to gift my yoga teacher Gloria, something special for her beautiful new space. I had painted a piece for her earlier, and with her opening her new studio, I thought it was time for a little change too. ❤️

Gloria is truly one of a kind, a wonderful teacher and, more than that, a true yogi. Her classes have been such a beautiful experience for me, not just for the practice but for the sense of calm, awareness and balance she brings into every session. 🧘‍♀️✨

If you’re looking for a yoga teacher in Mangalore, I couldn’t recommend Gloria enough. Do check out her classes and experience it for yourself. So grateful to have her as my teacher. 🤍🙏🏽

Day 7/126 What if I lose my JOB?

I am asked this question by many people that I have mentored, coached and guided and continue to do..
It’s just not about losing a job, there are many questions we subconsciously ask ourselves without realizing the consequences of this negative self talk..
What if I am rejected ?
What if I fail ?
What if I can’t do it ?
What if I don’t reach ?
What if .. what if and what if..
ask instead,
What can I do ?
What is possible ?

Comment below if you have been a victim of What if.. and what did you do to deal with it ?
