Feeling stuck or tight? Soft tissue decompression (aka cupping) might be your new favorite tool. By creating negative pressure, we gently pull the tissue upward to release deep fascial restrictions that stretching and rolling can’t always reach. Fresh blood rushes in, tension releases, and you leave feeling lighter. 💆‍♂️💪 Ready to move without the restriction? Call us to book your appointment! #choosept #cupping #fascia #manualtherapy #tightmuscles

Great day at the Big Sky 5K! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ The PTSMC team was out supporting runners before and after the race with stretching, recovery, and a little extra TLC for some tired legs. Events like this are a great reminder of why we love being part of the community. We do it to help people stay active, recover well, and keep doing the things they love. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent, and congratulations to all of the runners who crossed the finish line! We’re already looking forward to the next one. ❤️ #PTSMC #BigSky5K #PhysicalTherapy #SportsMedicine #physicaltherapyct

14 weeks post-op Achilles tendon repair ✨ Emma progressed out of her CAM boot and into a shoe at 8–10 weeks post-op and continues to make great progress with gait mechanics and calf strengthening. Current focus: Regaining dorsiflexion range of motion to restore squat and stair function while progressing advanced single-leg strength, stability, and functional movement patterns. She’s now working through our pre-running plyometric & landing program as we prepare for a return to jogging around 4–5 months post-op. 🏃‍♀️ Stay tuned for her first treadmill jog coming soon! 👀 #ptsmc #physicaltherapy #achilles #injuryrecovery #ptforlife

We love a friendly rivalry! 💜💚 Our patient Chuck and Director Mike threw down a Packers vs. Vikings challenge. The price of losing? Wearing the winning team’s hat for a full day of work. Safe to say, someone is counting down the minutes until closing time! ⏰
