Going to Dingle? Eat here!

Dingle has SO many festivals and I love any excuse for a trip down, but Dingle Food Festival (@dinglefoodfest ) is one you don’t want to miss.

The Taste Trail might be my favourite food festival experience I’ve done in Ireland - it’s genius. You pick up food tokens and basically eat your way around Dingle, swapping them for little tasters from restaurants, cafés and food stalls along the trail.

Because everything is bite-sized, you can try SO many different places throughout the weekend without having to commit to one big meal. Which is exactly how a food festival should work, in my opinion 😂

I LOVE IT.

Dingle Food Festival is happening Saturday 3rd – Sunday 4th October, so consider this your sign to get a Dingle weekend arranged 👀

Save this for the food spots + send it to whoever you’re bringing!

For full transparency, some of the footage in this post was filmed at last year’s festival when I was working there as a freelance videographer. The rest has been taken organically across my many trips to Dingle over the years, and all recommendations and opinions are my own.

Found the cutest cafe in Dingle, @puca.dingle (with a little help from @cassiestokes), where you walk into this tiny cottage and the kitchen is right in front of you, like you’re in someone’s home. Lots of gluten free (and vegan) options including this sweet potato soup and coconut that was as tasty as it was pretty. 🧡
