We are having so much fun making songs and music videos for you guys! Always wanted to do something with Baba Yaga, and when we finished this song, we knew it was the perfect time for it. Thank you for adding this song to your fall playlists! Thank you for sharing this and telling your friends 🥹 Every time we release something, we are filled with awe and delight by how much we are a word-of-mouth band. The community we have fostered is just fucking incredible and we are so lucky to have you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lockhart Social Cycling presents THE BOO RIDE!! October 12th at 6pm meet up at Nueces Park for a casual cruise around town dressed as ghosts! We’ll end the ride at the City Park Cemetery to share ghost stories, so be sure to bring your best spooky yarn!

👻Boo Ride Rules👻
1. Make sure your ghost costume doesn’t get stuck in spokes
2. Cut eyes holes in your costume if you use a sheet
3. No fitted sheets (duh)
4. No pointy hat ghosts (not that kind of a ride)
5. Have fun!

Lockhart Social Ride follows traffic laws 😇 Children discouraged (kiddo ride coming in November). This is a no drop ride. We go 5-7 miles at a social pace, stopping often. We ride together! If you wanna ride from city park back to Nueces Park after story time, we gotchuuuu!

See you ghouls there! 🚲✨👻

Thanks @pukapla for filming us!! 🫶

All Wylde Things is our latest single, and it’s about our truest selves being transmitted from the heart, and our deepest roots into the self and each other, as well as our needs and desires for one another. The video is telling its own story through folklore, but it taps into these same themes. Baba Yaga was a fun device to use to translate these ideas, and reinventing her was so much fun!. Have you watched the full video for ‘All Wylde Things” yet? Cannot wait to place this one live! On the last day of shooting, I pulled up to Tim Auld’s land with Baba-Yaga mask and red fishnets. @angelaherr and @pukapla were already set up in the sun-dappled field of flowers and we did probably no less than 15 takes 😂 but as you can see, we got it. #babayaga #musicvideo #newmusic #falseface #mask

Baba Yaga’s House for Tele Novella’s “All Wylde Things” music video

This project came with a fun time challenge: one week to take this idea from a crude sketch (last slide) to a house worthy of Baba Yaga, herself

The house is a cardboard frame covered with sticks from my yard, willow branches for the roof, and moss everywhere. The paper mache legs are built around 1” dowels attached to a wood platform

Sending out a huge THANK YOU to all our friends and fans sharing our new music video for “All Wylde Things!” The response has been overwhelming, and we are so proud that it is inspiring so many fellow artists 🥹🥹🥹. A tremendous amount of work went into every single detail, and we are fortunate enough to be working with so many talented people. Here is a little peek into the making of the chicken feet headpiece, which was indeed made with real chicken feet. @pukapla was sure to get the free range, fancy feet of course!
