My previous record was 4 classes. By the end of the day, I was physically exhausted and socially drained, but my heart was so full 💕

Days like this remind me how much I genuinely love what I do. Getting to show up, share my energy, and help others push past what they thought they were capable of is so rewarding. But as an introvert, those silent car rides between classes are absolutely necessary to recharge my social battery 🪫

Would I do it all over again? In a heartbeat. Just maybe not every day lol

Recap of my very first Lagree instructor audition in California, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous! Fast forward one month later, and I’m so grateful for the community I’ve found here at @pulse_lagree Ty Joy for the opportunity 💕

Back in MA, I had the advantage of teaching at the same studio where I trained and earned my certification. I already knew the team, felt comfortable in the space, and had built relationships with the community.

But moving across the country meant starting from scratch. New studios, new faces, and no one who knew me or what I was capable of.

This audition felt like the real test of whether I had what it takes to teach in the mecca of Lagree.

One month later, I’m doing exactly what I love, surrounded by a community that has welcomed me with open arms. 🥹💕

Still learning, still growing, and so grateful for every opportunity to keep doing what I love.

When in doubt, come pulse with me at Pulse Lagree every Wednesday 5/6/7/8 AM and Friday 5/6 AM. We really do have a lot of fun in class

I started Lagree for me.

As a busy mom trying to balance work, family, and everything life brings, I needed something that was mine. A place where I could show up for myself, feel strong, and reconnect with who I was outside of all my roles.

I never imagined that something I started for myself would lead me here — standing in front of a room, helping others find their own strength.

Lemme introduce myself now that I finally made a Lagree account! Hi, I’m Samantha and I’ve been certified for almost a year and absolutely loving every moment of it! I am also a full time pediatric speech language pathologist at a children’s hospital! Teaching lagree has brought me the best community of friends and taught me to be more confident!
