Good teachers never stop being students. 💪🏼

Grateful for the mentors who continue to challenge us… even when our facial expressions suggest otherwise. 😂

Watch till the end.

I promise I still love you @rqk_pilates 😂🫶🏼

When your Pilates instructor says “knees higher” and decides to show you EXACTLY what she means! 😂🤣

Never a dull moment with Sam! 💪🩷

As an instructor, it’s so important to remain a student. I love taking class every week & practicing across all apparatus. Lately, I’ve been LOVING the Cadillac. It’s only my 3rd class and I can’t wait to come back and progress even further. That’s what I love most about Pilates 🤍🤸🏻‍♀️

The easiest yes I’ve ever said… well, at least right up there with saying yes to my husband and adopting Ted🐾 🤣

This place has been so much more than just a Pilates studio to me. It’s where I fell in love with Pilates, where I spent months learning and practicing, where I got certified, and now where I get to teach.

Pulse has truly become my home away from home🩵

I’m so incredibly grateful to have started this journey here and even more grateful that I get to continue it as an instructor.

@nixx_pilates Thank you for believing in me, teaching me, challenging me, and now trusting me with our amazing members. I wouldn’t be here without you🤍

This is your sign to keep going ✨🤍

If you told me a year ago I would be teaching pilates & show me where I am at today in my own practice - I would have laughed.

The journey hasn’t been linear but despite the ups & downs that life has thrown my way I never stopped. So grateful for this life I’ve been given & so blessed everyday to show up for myself and all of you 🖤
