You GET to move the body God gave you. That’s a privilege, not a punishment. Start acting like it.

You can spend your whole life chasing the perfect body and still miss the purpose God gave it.

When you shift your mindset from punishment to praise, even your workouts can become an act of worship.

You can admire someone else’s beauty without questioning your own. God was intentional with BOTH of you.

“I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” - Psalm 139:14

You don’t need to follow every trend to see results. Consistency with what works for YOUR body wins.

Don’t spend so much time trying to catch his attention that you forget whose approval actually matters.

Stop treating food like something you need to earn or burn off. Your body deserves to be nourished!

Looking fit and BEING healthy aren’t always the same thing. Your body deserves more than just looking good in pictures.

Don’t become so focused on how your body looks that you forget how it’s actually functioning.

Your health isn’t a performance for social media. It’s something worth investing in, even when nobody’s watching.

Motivation gets you started, but discipline keeps you going. God didn’t call us to be motivated every day, but to be faithful with what He’s given us.

You won’t always FEEL like showing up. But growth happens when you stop letting your feelings make every decision.

Imagine allowing a number on a scale to have more influence over your confidence than what God has already said about you.

The number on the scale tells you how much you weigh, NOT how much you’re worth. God settled your value long before you stepped on it.

Your weight can fluctuate. Your worth in Christ doesn’t. Stop letting a number determine how you feel about yourself!

Stop expecting overnight results from habits you only started yesterday. Growth takes time, and that’s okay!

Don’t become so obsessed with the results that you overlook the discipline, patience and character being developed along the way.

Don’t spend so much time perfecting your appearance that you neglect the purpose God created you for.

There’s nothing wrong with building a body you’re proud of. Just don’t become so obsessed with your appeara

MY FIRST PUMP & PRAISE EXPERIENCE! 🙌🏾✞💗

My first ever Pump & Praise event and WOW, it completely exceeded my expectations!

Who said you can’t work out and worship the Lord at the same time?!

What an incredible experience getting to move our bodies, challenge ourselves and praise the lord all in one space!

The workout was NO JOKE! 😅
But the energy, the atmosphere, the worship and being surrounded by so many women with a shared love for Jesus made every single minute so beautiful💗

There’s something so wonderful about bringing faith, fitness and fellowship together.
Strengthening our bodies whilst feeding our spirits🙏🏽

My heart is so full, and I’m already counting down to the next one! 🫶🏽

Strong in body, stronger in faith ✞
