Huge shoutout to all the friends of Flux who came out for our shoot day last week 💙

You made the space come alive, and we’re so grateful for the support, the vibes, and the faces we get to feature. Couldn’t do this without you!

Want to check out Flux at a discounted rate? Well you’re in luck cause we’re still in our Soft Opening! AND our hours just shifted so you have more opportunities to soak! 💧

Swing by, take a dip, and experience the space for yourself. Wednesday–Sunday, 3–9 PM.

This past Friday morning we came together in the courtyard @thecommonsbend for another round of GetUp&Groove and wow, what a morning. The energy was alive from the start, and once the music hit, the courtyard transformed into a dance floor filled with lightness, laughter, and freedom.

Every step, every sway, every jump reminded us why we gather: because dance is medicine. It clears the mind, opens the heart, and reminds us that joy is always accessible when we move together. For an hour we left behind stress, to-do lists, and worries and tapped into something deeper, something healing.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, brought your energy, and created this community of movement. We’ll keep dancing, keep celebrating health, and keep proving that mornings are better when they start with music and connection.

Dance is the medicine. @getupandgroove is the ritual.

Monday Restore is where we come home to ourselves and each other. Through breath, movement, heart opening cacao, and dance, we gather to reconnect, heart open, walls down. It’s a space to love ourselves more deeply and extend that love to our tribe. A reminder that we heal best in community.

I thank you for allowing me to lead you all in breath. It’s an honor to share that sacred space with you. And big gratitude to @lukerainmusic for guiding us through such a high vibrational dance. Your energy lit us up from the inside out.

Morning light. Clear minds. Open hearts.
We gathered for an intentional sober dance—starting with breath, moving into dance, and reconnecting to what matters.
Community, music, and presence.
We wake. We shake. We love.

Join us again for GetUp&Groove Friday August 15, 7:45 to 9:00 AM
Outside The Commons
Start your day with joy.

Big thanks to @thecommonsbend for your partnership and for sharing your beautiful space with us. @visitdowntownbend @bendmagazine @buddysbubbles_ @visitbend #soberdanceparty #morningdance
