@tysonengland_2029 and @blakeengland_2029 are putting a lot of work in the lab. Tyson’s consistency in his shot is really coming along. Got this 3-2-1 drill idea from @pureperformancebasketball

3 Point Shooting at 5 Spots
1) Make 3 in a row in order to move to next spot,
2) Make 2 in a row in order to move to next spot,
3) Make 1 in order to move to next spot

Goal: Complete within 3:30.
Tyson completed in 3:11 on the 1st try. Will add this one to the rotation and see if either one can beat this time. #basketball #basketballneverstops #englandtwinhoops #detailsbasketballlab

Working on escape pull ups out of jail dribble. Got the initial set up for this drill from @pureperformancebasketball and added live attacks from there. Had open corner for part of the sequence and then had gap corner defender to shrink the strong side. #basketballneverstops #basketball #hoopgrind #englandtwinhoops #detailsbasketballlab

Every guard should have this move in there scoring package…If used properly it can become a very deadly move and in some cases can’t be guarded.. Master the basics then introduce the advanced concepts to integrate the skill set to a game situation.. Doing the work daily..

Chat with OTE Trainer 👇🏼

1. Why is the NBA faster paced now than it’s ever been? 🏎️💨

2. Athleticism isn’t just for a few players anymore. Everyone must have it! 💪🏼

3. Are players more skilled today than the 90s? Was “bag” really even a thing back then (and the importance of it)? 💼

4. What “Details” do you want to see more players focus on more? ✍🏼
