SUPRISE!!! We popped up in Texas y’all. This is every single part of friendship you never understood. Sarai had been wanting us to come to her home (who tf told her to move?). @purposefulconfessions did this thing where it was supposed to be just her visiting. But we had already planned the trip…Lmao. This is (between all of us) 18 to 31 years of life long love and companionship. Our friendship is older that than some of y’all.

I couldn't ask God for a better mother to my children. Thank you for being one of the most caring, nurturing, overprotective, selfless, and loving mothers that a child could ask for. The kids and I are grateful for you.

December 11, 2022 is a day to remember. God did some miraculous things that day and I'm forever grateful for it. One of those miraculous things was bringing my second son into the (crazy) world. I don't know why God saw me as a fit enough man to raise TWO men, but I'm up for the challenge. Lord, thank you for this blessing.

To the newest broke bestie of the household, you are welcomed and you are forever loved. Daddy is looking forward to watching you grow to be something great!

I can’t really ever tell the story of how we met cause that ain’t for the internet 😂 and this isn’t about me. (I know I’m working on me bro.) This weekend, we celebrated two people who have mastered the concept of “show me the parts of you that you don’t love, so that I know where to start.” As you both spoke your vows, I heard God speaking. I heard what It was like being each other’s safest space. How wonderful, to meet someone who provides you, what you offer them in the same gaze, the same breath?

Longer than usual post....

(I had to steal pics. Because... well... y'all know I'm not big on taking pictures lol. So if you've seen these pics already, cool. Just read this caption and enjoy lol.)

This past week has been quite the busy one. We celebrated the lives of both of our children.

Wow... I'm really about to have two kids. Life came at me fast. Lol.

Anyway... I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who continues to show us love and support as we prepare to welcome our son into this crazy world. I can't wait to sit him down and tell him about everything we've seen (especially during 2020). Our baby shower was a success and part of our village showed up and poured so much love into our family. Words can't describe the high we've been on since then. Our young King is already extremely blessed. It feels good to know that people love us and our child(ren) so much.

I also want to take this time to celebrate the 11 year old giant who occupies 1 of our 3 bedrooms. Sometimes I call her Kiddo, sometimes I call her Little Big Head. I may make up 10 more names by the time she's 18 lol. Anywho... I came into this munchkin's life at an early age and have been learning how to be a good dad since day one. This intelligent, beautiful, kind hearted and often dramatic (lol) young lady is continuing to make us proud every day. I'm glad we were able to put a smile on her face again to celebrate her life.

2020 ain't all bad.
