Set goals, don’t let anyone tell you it’s impossible! Reaching the finish line marked a significant emotional event. Sandy Powell (Ma) was with me all the way. Last year the finish line was gone, everything was packed up and my boys were sleep in the park waiting for me. It was an awesome feeling, crossing the line, getting my picture taken and ppl cheering. Time to set new goals and crush em! 🚴🏾💪🏾💪🏾

💫Domestic Violence Awareness has long been a cause close to my heart. Proud to keep showing up, riding with purpose, and standing with survivors.”

Loved coming together for this annual Domestic Violence Awareness Ride! Thank you to the County Executive’s Office for such a well-organized event and to law enforcement for escorting us the entire ride.

Community, Connection, and a shared Commitment to standing with survivors. Everyone deserves safety, respect, and love without fear. 💜

I suffered so good in 2025, I had to run it back in 2026! 1% better and the proof is in the numbers. 2025 took 7:20 moving and 10 hours total. 2026 took 6:16 moving and 8 hours total. #progress #fyp #fitness #endurance #cycling

Forgot I was recording the first rest stop! They had a spread out that joint! Only thing missing was some BBQ ribs and a Welch’s grape 🍇 soda 🥤I told the rest stops to add cans of Coke😂 #fyp #reststop #cycling #rest #recovery
