💙 You Matter. You Belong. You Are Not Alone. Today, on World Suicide Prevention Day, Lifeology joins communities around the world in reminding young people—and all of us—that mental health matters, asking for help matters, and sometimes simply knowing that someone is there can make a difference. In our work with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, we know that housing instability rarely exists by itself. Young people may also be navigating trauma, family disruption, isolation, uncertainty, loss, and the overwhelming responsibility of trying to figure out what comes next. That is why our work has to be about more than providing a bed. It is about creating connection, belonging, hope, opportunity, and a community of people who continue to show up. Today, we encourage everyone to check on the young people in your life. Listen without judgment. Make space for the conversation. Remind them that they matter and that they do not have to navigate difficult moments alone. And if you are the person struggling today, please know that reaching out for support is a sign that you are choosing another possibility for tomorrow. Brighter days are possible. 💙💚🧡 If you or someone you know is in emotional distress or experiencing a suicidal crisis in the U.S., call or text 988 to connect with the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
