One of the most beautiful things in life…

Is EFFORT.

There’s nothing more inspiring than watching someone actually TRY.
Not coast. Not fake it. Not halfway.

I’m talking about seeing HEART.
Seeing PASSION.
Seeing someone pour every ounce of themselves into it.

Talent doesn’t matter.
Being gifted doesn’t matter.
What matters is this:
⚡ Did you show up with EVERYTHING you had?
⚡ Did you fight for it with HEART?

Because too many people are just… empty.
Bodies walking around with no fire. No spark. Checked out.

Don’t be one of them.

When you step into a room…
When you step onto the stage…
When you step into LIFE itself…

🔥 SHOW US THAT YOU’RE ALIVE.
🔥 SHOW US THE FIRE INSIDE OF YOU.

“What do you see when you look at me?”
That line hit different. 🔥

I work with a lot of men chasing their absolute best. Too often, the focus is only on the physical—muscle, size, conditioning. But true transformation doesn’t start with the mirror… it starts inside you.

The world doesn’t need more men who are just physically strong.
It needs men who are:
⚔️ Honorable
⚔️ Honest
⚔️ Loyal
⚔️ Grounded in integrity

Get jacked. Push for the exterior.
But never neglect the interior—because real strength is built from the inside out.

I didn’t have a specific male role model growing up whose life I could look and say:
“That’s the life I want. That’s the man I want to become.”

That was hard.

So, I had to sit down and really think:
Who would that man be?
How would he carry himself?
What kind of husband would he be?
What kind of father?
What values would he live by?

I had to create the blueprint for the man I wanted to become…
And then I became him.

Now I see my purpose clearly: to be that guy for others.
Because every man needs a role model. Someone to show them that strength and love can coexist. Someone who proves that discipline, honor, and consistency still matter.

Role models remind us that greatness is possible. They raise the standard. They light the path.

And if you didn’t have one? That doesn’t mean you’re lost.
It means you have the chance to be the man you needed.

I hope my journey inspires others to live better, love harder, and give their absolute best every single day.

Because the world doesn’t just need more men.
It needs more men worth looking up to.

I’m looking for 3-4 people to cap this roster. People like @q.lifts - the guy is super consistent, hard working, and he’s just an awesome guy to be around.

One thing that’s missing in the Bodybuilding industry is a focus on the one thing that matters. FUN.

This sport will likely never pay off for you. That “win” you’ve been obsessed with? It’s going to change likely nothing for you.. because there will be the next thing.. and the next.

An endless journey of “win” seeking - but never content with the placing regardless of what it is.

They empty void inside your heart - it’ll never get filled by what you think it will. Want to fill it?

Focus on FUN. On enjoying each day. Using Bodybuilding as a whole to make your life BETTER.
Bodybuilding can be an amazing pursuit - or it can be a terrible one. You get to choose. The “wins” will never deliver the validation you think they will.

Connect with like minded people. Be patient. Be consistent. Treat it like a marathon - the sprint will destroy you mentally and physically.

If you want someone to show you and teach you the way - DM me and let’s start.

This post is for my followers who are Christian Men — or Men who may not be Christians but are open to receive a positive message with an open mind.

Last night I was praying and I don’t normally feel like God “speaks” to me — but this time I feel like He did.

I feel compelled to share this message to Men who may be struggling… who have a Wife and family or someday want to have that.

Bear with me because normally I feel like this kind of thing is cringe and I feel uncomfortable — but God wants me to relay this and I’m just going to do it.

⸻

I know that you’ve been dealing with some hard things.
I know that life has not been easy for what feels like a long time… but I have been trying to prepare you.

I have been giving you difficult situations to go through to help build you into the man I’m calling you to be.

You could not become a strong leader that I can use to help other Men without experiencing difficulties and challenges that will stretch you until you feel like you are going to break.

I know who you are though — I made you… and I know that you will not break.
I know that you will not give up… and it pains me to watch you suffer the attacks that I’ve allowed the enemy to bombard you with.

I’ve allowed him to relentlessly hit you from every angle… but I am proud of you.

You have continued to stay faithful and you have stayed true to the path I have set before you.

Yes, you had some dark moments.
You did things and said things in the midst of your frustration that were not good or righteous…

But that is what Grace and Forgiveness is for… and I forgive you for your moments of weakness because you have asked for it.

Continue on the path now.
I am going to lighten your burden.

The light at the end of the tunnel — do you see it now?

Keep going.
Do NOT stop fighting for your Wife and your Children.

She needs you more than ever.
I put you into her life on purpose in MY timing.
You have the exact qualities she needs.

Been really working on dialing in my movement selection for Back Day and these two are definitely staples for me.

Unfortunately the machines may be @irontherapywa specific..
BUT you can create your own variation that’s close.

The @kingstrengthmfg Row is one of the best back pieces I’ve ever used.

You can likely get close to this with a Barbell Smith lying on chest with Incline on a bench or just with very strict form bent over.

With each movement - you want to REALLY connect and minimize twisted or rocking. If you twist/jerk/rock - you just won’t connect in the same way.

Give these a shot!

“Why Mr. Anderson? Why do you persist?”

“Because I choose to”

That scene from The Matrix will hit you to your core if you let it.

In life you can find yourself lying on the ground.. bruised, battered, your soul crushed.
- Knowing that if you get up you’ll experience another beating.

Maybe the challenge for you is overcoming obesity.
You’ve failed so many diets before. You’ve canceled your gym membership more times than you can remember.

Maybe it’s beating an addiction that seems to have a hold over you.

Maybe it’s the prison of a bad, negative mind set.

Maybe it’s your financial situation. You’ve been poor and struggling for so long. Will you ever come out ahead?

Whatever it is. The next attempt you make at beating it - it could be the one.

Theres one thing that ensures you never beat it:
You never try again.

NEVER. GIVE. UP.

Be Relentless.

“How’s prep going? How you holding up?”
At 2 weeks out, I get that a lot.

And honestly?
I’m great.
I’m tired. I’m hungry. I’m doing 90 minutes on the Stairmaster and clocking 17k+ steps daily…
But I’m alive.

This isn’t suffering. This is a privilege.
We CHOOSE this.
We pay to suffer. We volunteer for the grind.

People say “embrace the suck” like they’re in a warzone.
You’re not. You’re dieting. Doing cardio.
You’re not starving in a third-world country. You’re not mining coal for pennies.

You’re voluntarily pushing your limits in the pursuit of excellence. That’s a blessing.
So stop acting like it’s harder than it is.
This is the good kind of hard. This is luxury adversity.

Smile through it. Push through it. Be grateful for the chance to struggle on purpose.

Natural Client @q.lifts - 5 weeks post show.
He’s up around 5 pounds. Eating around 400g of Carbs Daily. 🤯

Post Show Rebound Phase:

Why does it help you build more muscle?

Post-show, you are in a rare window of hyper-adaptability:

🌟 Nutrient Partitioning
With proper structure, your body wants to rebuild what it lost during prep:
• Glycogen stores
• Lean tissue
• Hormonal balance
Calories are more likely to go towards muscle recovery, repair, and growth if you control the surplus.

⭐️ Rebound Anabolism
If you structure your food intake and training progressively post-show, your body will respond very favorably:
• Protein synthesis is elevated
• Sensitivity to carbs, fats, and protein is extremely high
• PEDs (if being used) become even more effective during this window if used strategically

🚀 Maximize the “Supercompensation Phase”
If you’re disciplined, you can achieve some of your best lean tissue growth while staying fairly lean because you’re capitalizing on a rare physiological state.

Nail the reverse and give your coach the ability to help you grow as much as possible. 💪

I want to share something real. Maybe you’ve felt this too…

Life has felt kinda “meh” lately.
About a year ago, we opened our gym. It was fresh. It was exciting.
Coaching was growing. Momentum was building.
It felt like all the pieces were falling into place.

But somewhere along the way… the excitement faded.
The “new” wore off.

Our coaching roster kept growing.
We kept winning.
Classes. Overalls. Team awards.
Even helped my wife win a Pro Show… and then another.

All the things I once dreamed of — they came true.
And yet…
They didn’t make me feel how I thought they would.

Each time we reached a new height…
It was cool — for a second.
Then the “What’s next?” kicked in.
And honestly…
That next thing never felt any different.

Winning stopped feeling like winning.
It started feeling like the bare minimum just to feel “okay.”
And okay was never my goal.

I miss the passion.
I miss giving all of me.
I miss the fire.

I want that back.
And I want to give it to you, too.

I want to dream big again.
To lock in with people chasing something meaningful.
To help others feel alive — like this journey matters.

I want to live with passion — so my wife and kids don’t just see a man who works hard…
…but a man who’s truly living.
Not surviving. Living.

So here’s what I’m doing:

🔥 I’m opening my coaching roster again.
🔥 I’m looking for people ready to chase their best.
🔥 I’m ready to pour back in — physically, mentally, emotionally.

Obese and want to reclaim your life? I got you.
Competitor wanting to level up and dominate the stage? I’m your guy.

If you’re tired of living halfway…
If you’re ready to wake up with passion again…
If you want a coach who gives a damn —
Let’s go.

DM me. Apply. Reach out.
Let’s bring that spark back to life 🔥
