We're rehabbing this apartment unit 🏢 and I stepped on the balcony to take a look at the parking lot. 🅿️We're getting ready to seal and stripe this lot, and I just thought of something. Every time we buy one of these properties, the parking lot is full during the day. Now, during the day, it's empty. Can you guess why? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Here’s a great example of adding heating ♨️ and air conditioning ❄️ to one of your units or your building. This is a mini-split right here and that’s exactly what this does. It’s on the outside of the building. 🏢It’s a great way to get heat and air into your building or apartment unit. 👍🏼

As a landlord, it’s important to establish clear rules 📃for your tenants, and one of those rules should be that they are not allowed to make repairs on your property.
