Seeing Nattali Rize again at yet again, Taverna Costera was an absolute perfect moment for me to break my "No downtown bars for awhile" goal!
Her music, her lyrics, her energy is so damn healing❤️🙏

The last video is from the first time i saw her at Taverna in 2022. I literally SPED to Taverna after work, and RAN up the stairs to make it to her last couple songs. I was so geeked out meeting her, I can't believe i said, "yoo hoo!" LOL I'm such a nerd

GRAND RISING 🌅 YALL
MESSAGE FOR TODAY IS...
OPEN YOUR HANDS🤲

"More than any other part of the body, our hands reveal our inner state."
-Omraam Mikael Aivanhov

Today, be aware of how you hold your hands when you are not actively doing something with them.

With the stress of our daily lives, many of us find our hands typically clenched in fists. This is proof of the tension we hold in our bodies. And ponder this. How can we receive the abundance of life if our hands are not open to receive it?

When you become aware that your hands are closed tight, stretch your fingers and spread them wide in the shape of a starfish. Deep breathing will also help you relax into the moment.

Not only can it be your hands that you are closing, but it can also be your jaw that stays tight or clenching throughout the day without you noticing. However, when you become aware of this tension, pause and take a deep breath. Try box breathing. It may help in the moment. Always listen to your body. Your body speaks to you in many different ways.

Whats box breathing you ask?
Box breathing is a simple calming technique that helps reset the nervous system. You breathe in for four counts, hold your breath for four counts, breathe out for four counts, and then hold again for four counts. Repeating this pattern can help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and relax the body.

What is always speaking silently is the body."
-Norman Brown

Blue might just be the new tinfoil hat protecting people from DEW(Direct Energy Weapons).

How about we look at destruction and creation from an energy, vibrations and frequencies perspective?

Thoughts?💭

Coincidence that both Diddy and Hunter Biden’s Mansions burned to the ground?

Time to reign/rain dance to cleanse the playground for healthier consciences, my friends.

Bringing back a time that I forgot i was blessed to experience and feel called to reshare it. Yes even if it was only 2 years ago.
If i forget to tag you please tag yourself or anyone else at this event for gratitude and I'll adjust.
I need constant reminders of my soul mission so hopefully this gives all of tribe a motivational boost too.

I see so much POWER in all of you, we have been getting trained for this new world and I'm so grateful for all of you as my teachers/mentors.
Each one teach one.
And MOST gratitude to Soul Banya for offering the space to us, sunflower + marco, and sovereignty sanctuary for allowing Heaven On Earth to collaborate with our outreach program!
Even if were 2 years ago.... it's still helping me now!

Anyone wanna go to more events like these and connect with more ppl on this frequency??

Jack Daniel's F1 private party with Tpain at On the Record was so sick!!!
Vegas life is so good, the best part about these activations is the free shit and when you're in the service industry it's always clutch to know the homies!
I always say On the Record is the least clubbiest club in Vegas and I love how the performances are always so intimate
