Episode 7: Collecting Run Clubs Like Infinity Stones 💎

Plot twist: This time, we walked.

A little love letter to @sundaystrollatl because sometimes the best communities aren’t about pace, distance, or finish lines. They’re about showing up, finding your people, and making room for everyone.

Not all Infinity Stones are collected at a running pace. Some are collected one stroll at a time.

7 stones collected.

One more to go. 👀

Chaotically unhinged is hereditary.

Week 12 recap, edited & narrated by my daughter. What can I say? We gotta outsource the chaos once in a while.

10/10. No notes. She can come back. 😂

Week 4: The Plot twist. ✈️

A last-minute work trip said “not so fast” to the original training plan, so we pivoted, stacked some long runs, squeezed in the workouts we could, handled real life, overpacked like I was running away, and called it a week.

Somehow, the miles still got done.

Narrator: “She was getting very good at adapting. This would become important later.”

What a beautiful day to give back! ☀️

Thank you to everyone who donated 🩲 and undergarments for unhoused people to @bridgeoflightatl!

We had an overwhelming amount (that we’re still counting)! But if you couldn’t make it today, please keep bringing donations and we can get it to them. Special thanks for @lululemon for the water bottles!

These are the moments we LIVE for. See you next Sunday at 10am.

July, you were ridiculously good to me. 🫶🏽✨

Miles logged. Memories made. My camera roll is thriving. No notes.

August… you’re up, shorty!

What’s one thing that made your July unforgettable?

Week 2.

Remember last week when I confidently said, “Easy peasy?”
I’d like to formally withdraw that statement.

Turns out training for back-to-back races in two different states, one day apart, requires...actual training.

Who knew? 🤷🏽‍♀️

The chaos has escalated, my legs have filed several complaints with HR, and somehow I’m still voluntarily showing up.

Narrator: “She was beginning to realize that every decision has consequences.”

Welcome back to the chaos.

Let’s go behind the STROLL planning in this week’s Day in the life video!

Event planning is another form of storytelling to me and I wanted everyone to walk away with the same feeling of love and accomplishment.
It takes a lot of hands and feet to make a smooth event happen and this was our best stroll yet!

Major thanks to @industrioushq for being a great co-working space to create events like this.
