Such an amazing turnout today at #phillyunited Shakeout run/walk. There are so many groups in the city, and we are excited for the new connections and collaborations 2023 has in store for the gang. Thank you so much to @lionelbrodie and @originalpropagandaathleticclub for organizing. We are so pumped to cheer for ALL these amazing clubs next week.

We are taking a break from workouts until after the holidays. We will have some socials, but if you’re craving a workout, check out one of these great groups.

The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are. 💫

Thankful for races like @philadelphiadistancerun and communities like @queerrun for allowing me to be myself and for accepting me in my entirety. Also, a massive shoutout to @hoka for supporting me and my self-expression every step of the way.

I had wanted to run in the Nonbinary category in 2021, but was afraid of the world, of the words of others, of myself. But 2022 is the year of acceptance for me.

1st Nonbinary overall, new Nonbinary half marathon course record, and while it may not have been a personal PR, just stepping on that start line was an accomplishment in itself.

Queer Cheer is here!

We are cheering for the 5K and the Half Marathon of the @philadelphiadistancerun! Come be loud and proud with us as we cheer for our LGBTQ+ runners and Allie’s🤩 Bring your favorite pride gear and motivational signs. We will be meeting at the intersection of Kelly Drive and Fairmount Avenue. IMPORTANT NOTE: the 5K starts at 7:00 a.m. and the Half Marathon starts at 7:30. If you are only coming for the half marathon, feel free to drop in whenever you want! If you are driving, they will probably close certain exits of the highways as the race goes through some nearby streets. Page through for the full picture of the race map for the half marathon and the meetup location.
