dearest NY friends & nl family,

I have carried back the mountains
and open nature of Nagano,
woven into the clothes

May wearing these clothes
deepen your breath
and offer the body and mind
a moment of ease

I look forward with all my heart
to seeing you all this year :)

headed to Central Park in the evening
w/ tripod in hand

wanted to shoot before dark
and found myself a little rushed…

a gentle breeze passed through
and the trees and plants began to sway

the forest was breathing quietly
so I breathed with the forest slowly.

@momaps1 🖤 Still can’t believe my contribution is sitting quietly at MoMA PS1 — wild!
Thank you to everyone came out to Saturday’s @laescuela.art Open House, and to @fragmentario_ for inviting me.
