With these cases we always try to look at it from all angles to ensure we are getting the temporary prosthesis as close to perfect as possible, so there isn’t any need for major changes when it comes to restoring the definitives.

Real patient. Real planning. Real results.

Years of severe tooth wear and failing teeth had made eating and smiling increasingly difficult for this patient.

At The Implant Clinic at The Gardens Dental Practice, we used 3D scans and detailed digital planning to plan his implant treatment, restore his bite and create his new smile.

He received fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery. After healing, these were replaced with custom-made upper and lower zirconia implant bridges.

Swipe to see his starting point, the finished smile, the digital planning and the bridges themselves.

A big thank you to @quoris.3d for the beautiful laboratory work that helped bring this smile together.

Considering dental implants? Our friendly team would be happy to arrange a free consultation.

🦷 Surgery Day 🦷

What's happening at AWD today??

Dr Alan Wilson is carrying out Chrome guided surgery (CGS) - a digitally planned approach to implant surgery that helps guide the implant into the precise position planned beforehand.

Sounds very high-tech... because it is 🤖 🦷

And of course, Alan isn't doing it alone!

Our brilliant nurses Izzy & Melissa are keeping everything running smoothly, with anaesthetist Donny Osman making sure our patient is comfortable throughout 😊

A great team effort behind the scenes 👏

🎥 Here's Alan to explain what he's up to today...

A beautifully crafted implant bridge designed to restore both function and confidence 🦷✨

This implant-supported bridge provides a natural-looking, fixed solution for replacing multiple missing teeth, with carefully designed teeth and gum contours for a realistic finish.

A fantastic example of how modern implant dentistry can transform a smile while helping patients eat, speak and smile with confidence 🤍
