When I started my skincare business in late 2015, I honestly did not know what to expect and what this new journey will entail • Quickly, I learned that teamwork, dedication, belief and consistency are success factors that showcase the transformative power of this opportunity • In 2016, I and my team members helped 4 of our team leaders, @annie.enriquez @jpskinmd @this.skinspired.life @emily_about_face earn a Lexus of their choice • In that same year, 4 other team leaders, @jentsaioyoung @sarahleekimand3 @mz.watermelon @rom.skincare.guru earned Lexus vehicles too • In 2017, another team leader, @eylajmoore earned a Lexus of her choice, as well • And, now, in 2019, with a change in the car program, another team leader, @aims_hart earned a Mercedes Benz • I am truly honored to meet and be connected with all of these busy women, mothers, wives, and team leaders who, collectively, are making a positive difference in people’s lives, both the customers and community we serve • Congratulations 🎉🥂 to all the Lexus/Mercedes Benz achievers who do make the dream work and continue to inspire us to be our best and help the doctors and their legacy brand change people’s lives globally • You are all amazing, rock stars ⭐️ ⭐️ • • • • #weareRF #rodanandfields #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #strongertogether #rflife #skincarecommunity #successfulwomen #empoweredwomen #makeachange #makeadifference #planB #skincarebusiness #skincareblogger #smallbusinessowners #mompreneurs #wecelebratetogether #cheerstowomen #lifechangingskincare #togetherwerise

I’m a huge advocate for #happiness. For #selfcare. For mental health. And for feeding the #soul. 💙 So it used to bother me I had never truly taken a “girls trip” just for fun. The much needed break from daily life - from laundry and dishes... to kid taxi and household ceo... See, we travel all Summer, my husband travels all year... we are busy. And it never was a good time to tag along with friends in Vegas ~ or last minute trip to Dallas. And I (ashamedly admit) was envious of the girls trips everyone around me took. But then I found this circle. ❤️ Together we built these incredible #friendships around the globe. And we worked together ~ like a family ~ to build some pretty dadgum awesome #dreams. And we loved each other. HARD. And we pushed each other. STRONG. And we grew together. IN SO MANY WAYS. 💙 And now those “girls trips” have a whole new meaning. A chance to bond ❤️ to laugh 😂 to grow 👭 to cry 😭 to share our stories with each other. 💙 I couldn’t think of a better girls trip than the one I just took... our 2nd annual Wealth in Beauty team leadership retreat. Celebrating a group of women that strived hard to earn their spot to an all expense paid trip ~ and proudly, a trip to remember. 🍾 Together with my business bestie, @rom.skincare.guru ... we brought “girls trip” to a whole new level. And I hope every one of our friends felt our love and admiration of them. ❤️ I couldn’t count myself more #blessed to spend the weekend treating them, loving on them, celebrating them, and appreciating their friendships more than ever! What was once considered just a “work trip”... quickly became the trip I always dreamed of taking ~ and so much more! 💙 || Side bonus: It was still a “work trip” so all that spoiling our business partners is a tax deductible business expense. 😉 #smartbusiness **This is my own unique story.
