Our entrepreneur in the spotlight today is Ruth Antwi. Ruth is part of 5 passionate young entreprenuers who enrolled in our Shenzhen Ready-Made Design for Girls Training program. The Shenzen Ready-Made Design for Girls program seeks to train young ladies with skills in electronics, business, mobile application development, web development and artificial intelligence with the aim to help them start a company together.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. Ruth registered for the program for an opportunity to learn about Web and Mobile app development to gain the requisite skills to rub shoulders with her male counterparts.

Today, 7 weeks into the program, she is happy she can code and hopes to use her skills to build apps to solve societal problems.

This is what she has to say to her female colleagues.

A notable author said, "everything rises and falls on leadership, but knowing how to lead is only half the battle. Understanding leadership and actually leading are two different activities." He went on to further explain that the key to transforming yourself from someone who understands leadership to a person who successfully leads in the real world is your character. Your character can activate and empower your leadership ability, or they can stand in the way of your success.

Today's class for our ladies undergoing training in the Shenzhen Ready-Made Design for girls training focused on Leadership. The ladies have gone through all that is required of leaders and are bound to be good leaders in their ventures.
