Well, it’s time to officially share

After an unfortunate landing, it was confirmed I have torn my acl, and partially my mcl and meniscus.

Volleyball coming to an end overnight (for now) has rocked my world a bit. I love this sport and I love competing. BUT I know it’s temporary.

I am already in the gym working on core and upper body and prehabbing while my mcl heals naturally. Surgery will be in about 4 weeks and then it’s time to get to work! I am determined to come back stronger than ever 💪🏼 I will learn from the bench and perfect every skill I am able to work on in the meantime.

I have to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to all my friends and family who’ve been checking in, sending treats, and encouraging me through the beginning of this. Yall have truly made this so much easier to handle, and I don’t take that for granted. I have seen God show up in this too and I know He’s got my back and will use this.

This is just a bump in the road. I’ll be back — stronger, healthier, and more passionate about this game than ever before. Thank you for riding this out with me….get ready for the comeback!

Memphis Juniors is honored to help the Mitchell High School volleyball program by donating black and gold practice shirts for their athletes + gear for their coaches! 🐯 Along with @houstonhighvball who donated nets and equipment, this is what it looks like to use our resources to give back & grow the game. We can’t wait to watch these young ladies develop their love of the game! 🏐💛🩵🖤

Well a time was had on my trip to Texas not too long ago. So instead of doing a traditional wedding video I went with a “highlight - ish” approach! Congrats Ethan and Aria. 😍😍❤️❤️

Although @bigsouthga had more ups than downs for my little one, the @mjvavb squad went in there, took a few lumps, and kept rolling. As I mentioned in a few previous posts, we competed in Open and man, was it tough. Did we lose more than we won? Absolutely. But I think the most important thing is that we LEARNED!

I was able to watch our girls experience the best of the best and hopefully grow from it.

Charli, your dad is proud of you, kid. Whether I’m watching through a phone, in person, or behind a tiny monitor while recording, I’ll always be rooting for you. We all will.

Love you to the moon and back, kid!!

I felt great about this past weekend. I also felt like our team grew in many different ways and our mentality got a lot tougher and stronger. I wish it could’ve ended differently but overall, I’m proud of my performance and my team’s performance. While we’re still on the hunt for a bid, this will only make us hungrier. Let’s go juniors!!
