what is woyzeck ???????

WOYZECK is a tragic play by German playwright Georg Büchner. it follows Woyzeck, an impoverished ex-soldier and military barber who becomes the subject of science experiments to (unsuccessfully) support his family. Marie, his common-law wife and mother of their illegitimate child is unsatisfied in her life with Woyzeck. Marie then engages in an affair with the Drum Major, which drives already-unstable Woyzeck into a jealous rage, leading him to ultimately murder Marie.

Thank god for my nine lives 😮‍💨 we made it through to episode 5 of All Stars ⭐️ super super proud of this look and being able to bring a full character to life on the mainstage of Canada’s Drag Race. With a runway prompt “Lavender Haze” there were so many directions this could’ve gone but i’m so in love with the final results
