In a small clinical study, adults diagnosed with OCD experienced a significant reduction in compulsive behaviors one week after a moderate do5e, with effects tapering off over time. While obsessions themselves didn’t change as strongly, the findings highlight a distinct behavioral shift tied to biological mechanisms rather than intensity of experience.

This doesn’t mean ps!locyb!n is a cure-all, but it does show that targeted, moderate do5ing could influence how the brain regulates repetitive behaviors and nervous-system patterns.

1 yr ago I decided to finally move to Austin after being nomadic for the last 4 yrs. I have to say this city just does something to you. The people, the experiences, the moments captured by yourself and others, and how community shows up for one another. It's been quite magical and the synchronicities of life have just been becoming more and more apparent of how #GUSSiseverywhere (God, Universe, Source or Spirit whichever floats your boat)

Im blessed and grateful to have met and connected with @alexisquiterio 3 yrs ago at a Legendary workshop hosted by @geraldrrogers and @mayahrose.rogers where I was able to connect more with myself and my inner light, as well as, connect with others who I felt truly saw me. Thank you Alexis for producing am amazing moment in time for all who were meant to be there and experience the magic that is @daybreaker.atx Daybreaker truly allows everyone of all ages to show up to dance, move, connect and mkst of all, give permission to play
