LashCON 23’ 🩷

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again — I truly work for the best company. I could not imagine being anywhere else, and that’s all thanks to Michelle. She knows what I want before I do, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her believing in me.

Conferences get me out of my comfort zone, and Red Bull gives me wings — I should never be allowed to have that much caffeine.

I had SO much fun with my PLA pals at LashCON.

LashCon is the party we never want to leave!!

With a huge 10-hour day at the booth, our team was exhausted! But the fun never stops at LashCon! The Gala was incredible, and everyone looked absolutely stunning!

Lashcon was an absolute out of this world conference. Paul &Tuss, you have outdone yourself. I ‘ve been to a lot of conferences and this is the one to remember. The love you have for the lash industry is undeniable . Tuss, I adore you. The more I hung around you, the more I realize: you truly are that nice. You are such a light and an inspiration.
To my wonderful team, you blew me away with how invested you are to our company. From president to vp to associate to interns, you all rolled up your sleeves, carried boxes, on your feet for 12+ hours each day, prepped, ran around, and still managed to smiled and really showed up for our customers.
To Caitlin and Lana, thanks for being my right hand women, you lead by examples and I’m grateful to have you by my side.
To Loretta, Chandrena and Kayla, thank you for always willing to help and sharing your knowledge.
To Katie, Victoria, Jess, Abby thanks for stepping all the way up and run that booth like the badass bosses you are without a single complains.
To Rachel, big G ( Geeno), thanks for making sure our booths r stocked, filmed all the content and feeding me mints in between 😂
To David, our amazing videographer, thanks for capturing all the memories and staying up all night to make the videos. I love them all.
To Bo, who pulled this event together for PLA, your perfectionism showed. For our first conference, I think we did great. And you are welcomed to cook breakfast for us anytime😂
To Cynthia, mom of PLA lashcon, thanks for feeding us, hydrating us, be there for us no matter what happened. I don’t know what I’d do without you.
To the real MVP, the PLA team who stayed at our headquarter and held the roof down, making sure business as usual when 1/3 of us were away. I am grateful for your hard work and support.
To my parent, my brother Skyler, my husband, thanks for always believing in me and support my crazy dream. Making you proud has been a highlight in my career.
And none of this would be possible without PLA customers, to meet so many of you at lashcon in person has been a life changing experience for me.

I told my husband this has been the best weekend of my career so far. Can’t wait to be back next year!

That’s a wrap at @ibs_shows 2023!

When we signed up last year I never pictured that I’d have the week I’ve had. I also never thought a year ago, when I had a team of people 3, that I’d be running a marketing team with ten people on it. Growing PLA the last three years with Michelle has been a dream.

I have the best job in the world.
