Ruby, one of the Mini Gabi World insect girls, was at the Whoop Festival Character Trail earlier this year….. She is a red dragonfly, so she was the one we placed nearest to the water. It was lovely designing this trail, bringing the characters into the real world to make new friends ….💛 Photos (2,4,5) by @rachellbranson @wellbeing.magazine @whoopheritagefestival #MiniGabiWorld #WhoopFestival #CharacterTrail #brandlicensing #sculpturepark

There’s something I love about arriving somewhere on a beautiful autumn day, knowing I’m about to switch off for the night. 🍂 I spent the night at Silchester Farm, sleeping in one of their wonderfully cosy Pyggies, and it was exactly the kind of stay I love — beautiful surroundings, delicious food, peaceful countryside and the chance to meet fellow journalists while experiencing some genuinely lovely hospitality. Silchester Farm is a fabulous setting for weddings, corporate events and retreats, but what really struck me is how well it works for a quieter escape too — whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple or with family. My Pyggie was so cosy, dinner was delicious and it was wonderfully peaceful. I slept incredibly well and woke up feeling properly rested. I’ll be sharing much more about the stay in Issue 114 of Wellbeing Magazine, out next month. 🍁 #SilchesterFarm #WellbeingMagazine #AutumnEscape #UKStaycation @silchesterfarm

A huge thank you to the Huawei team for inviting me to Munich to put their latest watches through their paces — quite literally. Somehow, I found myself cycling up a mountain, which was definitely outside my comfort zone, but probably one of the best ways to really test what a watch can do. I’m also happy to report that my stress levels stayed remarkably good (my watch told me!)… even after I came off the bike on the downhill! Today was spent at Huawei’s global product launch, where we had the chance to see all the new products and discover what’s coming next. A brilliant couple of days spent meeting some fabulous fellow journalists and creators, eating far too much good food, pushing myself a little beyond my usual limits and learning a lot along the way. Thank you to the Huawei team and all the lovely press colleagues who made the trip such fun. I’ll be sharing much more about the new products and our experience with them on Wellbeing Magazine over the coming weeks. #Huawei #HuaweiWatch #WellbeingMagazine #WearableTech #WellbeingTech

I've struggled finding comfortable running shoes and with a press trip next week which will involve a fun 5km run, I thought it was about time to pop into @runninghubtw for some footwear advice. Looking forward to testing my new @karhuofficial at Bedgebury tomorrow with my running partner @suzi33j

The Wellbeing Spiral Cards are a gentle companion for every turn of your wellbeing journey. A moment to pause, listen inward and reconnect with what matters most. There are no perfect answers and no fixed destination—just space to reflect, realign and take your next step with greater clarity. Whenever life feels uncertain, busy or out of balance, let the cards bring you back to yourself.

The Insect Girls turned the green spaces at WHOOP Heritage Festival into an outdoor storybook. 🌼 Visitors were looking for Bamba, Ruby and Dotty—three original characters from Insect Land, a district within Mini Gabi World. ✨ Honoured to be featured in @wellbeing.magazine and to share why improving postnatal care is so important to me. ✨ Too often, the 6 week check up focuses on contraception and mental health, when mothers need a more holistic approach to their health and wellness. Being a mother myself, my mission with The M Word Physio is simple: to ensure women feel seen, heard, and fully supported throughout their journey, it continues into the 4th trimester navigating the changing hormones, physical side affects, recovery from birth, emotional wellness and supporting transition within a new identity - being a mum. Thank you @rachellbranson @wellbeing.magazine for beautifully capturing this story and for helping bring much-needed attention to the importance of postnatal care. #PostnatalCare #womenshealth #MaternalHealth #primarycare #Motherhood

MEET THE FOUNDER ✨ Rachel Branson Before Storii was a platform, it was a belief. A belief that every founder, business, brand and creator has a story worth sharing. Rachel Branson is the Founder of Storii and Managing Director of Haywood Media, a publishing company that has spent more than two decades helping people share their stories through trusted media platforms. As Editor-in-Chief of Wellbeing Magazine, Rachel has interviewed hundreds of founders, entrepreneurs, authors, wellness experts and industry leaders. Through those conversations, one thing became clear: The most powerful marketing asset any founder has is their story. Yet many founders struggle to tell it. That's why Storii was created. A platform designed to help founders build their profile, create their story, connect with journalists and publishers, and share their journey with the audiences that matter most. Rachel's vision is simple: Stories Connect People. Because behind every business is a founder. Behind every founder is a story. And behind every story is an opportunity. Welcome to Storii. Founder. Publisher. Storyteller. @rachellbranson #Storii #FounderStory #MeetTheFounder #RachelBranson #Entrepreneurship
