Just a girl in her own little world using her iconic signature lip combo. 💄✨

At this point, if you see me wearing a lip…just assume it’s this. 😂

My @ThriveCausemetics combo:
💋 lip liner + ghizlan
💋 Impactful lipstick + Nicole
💋 lip gloss + Charlotte

She’s tried. She’s true. She’s not going anywhere. 😂🤎

I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer, but apparently everyone else is busy ushering in spooky season. 🎃✨ And with Practical Magic having its moment again, let’s talk about a different kind of magic.

Not the spells and potions kind. The practical kind. 🪄 The kind @robinnyc reminds us is already inside us. The magic we’re looking for is usually hiding in the work we’ve been avoiding. And sometimes, it’s the little spells and rituals we practice on the bike that create seismic shifts in our lives.

Turns out, we’ve been practicing magic all along. 🐺✨

2 weeks without my girl. So thankful she has her “California parents” that love her as if she were one of their own. 🥹

To every mama in the Wolfpack: do you understand how powerful you are?
Pregnancy pushes the body toward the metabolic limits of human endurance. You BUILT A HUMAN. And then, while recovering, you were handed that human and expected to keep going.

And elephants do this shit for 22 MONTHS. Respectfully… WHAT THE FUCK. 😂🐘 @robinnyc

We don’t believe in the “snapback.” We’re not trying to get back to who we were before.

We’re discovering who we are now.

Rep by rep. Ride by ride. Sometimes clawing our way there.

And for so many of us, the woman we find on the other side is stronger than she’s ever been.

Mamas of the Wolfpack, never forget who the fuck you are. 🔥🐺

That moment in your first marathon training when you realize… you just ran your first HALF MARATHON. 🥹

No finish line. No medal. Just 13.1 miles on the training plan.

But the biggest win? The incredible friends who continue to support me, inspire me, and remind me that I can do hard things, but never alone!

Learning that slower is how you build endurance.

I’m unapologetically a slow runner and proud of it.

Six weeks ago, running for an hour in Zone 3 felt impossible. Now I’m learning that easy miles are the foundation of marathon training. Every slow run is building a stronger runner.

If you’re training for your first marathon or just starting your running journey, trust the process. Don’t give up.

If you’re a slow runner or training for your first marathon, let’s connect. We’re all out here proving that endurance isn’t built by rushing, it’s built by showing up.
