🌿 WELCOME TO THE GET WELL STAY FIT 21-DAY CHALLENGE! 🌿

For the next 21 days, we are committing to becoming healthier, happier and more consistent—one intentional choice at a time.

Choose one or more areas of focus:

🥗 Food: Add healthier foods or reduce something that no longer serves you, such as sugar, processed foods or late-night eating.

🎉 Fun: Make space for joy, rest, connection or at least one fun outing each week.

🏃🏾‍♂️ Fitness: Commit to daily movement through walking, stretching, dancing, working out or any activity that gets your body moving.

✅ DAILY CHECK-IN

Each day, post your wins, progress or reflections in the WhatsApp group. Your win does not have to be perfect or dramatic—small steps count!

After completing your daily commitment, type:

Day 1 Done ✅
Day 2 Done ✅
Day 3 Done ✅

Continue checking in this way until Day 21 Done! 🎉

Remember: this challenge is about progress, accountability and consistency—not perfection. Encourage one another, celebrate every win and keep showing up for yourself.

Let’s get well, stay fit and finish these 21 days stronger—together! 💚🔥

I put this up in my stories this morning at 6 a.m.
I decided it needed a permanent spot on my feed.
It’s just coincidence that Thanksgiving is next week. I’m THANKFUL for y’all & my mentors throughout the years❤️
(Wouldn’t let me tag some ppl)

🐻 Have YOU ever made a nature mandala? Saturday, July 13th was Karhunpäivä (Bear Day) and this idea of creating a honey mandala to offer to the Bear Spirit came to me pretty intuitively. I LOVE making mandalas like this. It is so meditative and satisfying to create something so beautiful in the end.

🌲I tried as much as possible to choose plants that were tasty/edible but a couple times form won out over function. To make your own nature mandala find a basket and go for a walk -- collect items you want to use in even numbers. (Multiples of 4, 6, or 8 are what I aim for. For example, I foraged 8 hemlock pinecones and 4 goldenrod flower stalks.) Having even numbers will help you create a roughly symmetrical design.

🇫🇮 If you've never created mandala like this I definitely encourage giving it a try! If you have, share YOUR biggest tip for creating mandalas in the comments below! 👇🏻

The more love and acceptance I have found within myself the more outwardly I see it in the world all around me. It’s truly remarkable and insanely beautiful ✨

We’re getting so close to welcoming a new little one into this world - an ending and a beginning- and I have so many feels.

🫶 Life is ever changing, shifting and flowing which is the only constant we can try to grasp onto. Like the waters it flows, softly, fiercely, yet it also has its moments of still and calm

🫶 Women are divine portals for life and creativity. Mothers or not we harness incredible energy, radiance and power that we must all lean into. Could you imagine a world where every women tapped into their loving intuitive creative energies? The love vibration would be so immense there would be a shift in the planet

🫶 our little ones are the future. What we teach them and what they believe about themselves and the world will be a direct reflection of the future to come. Plant seeds of patience, love, compassion, deep connection to source and nature ❤️ Teach them to love themselves and others so deeply.

🫶Love yourself. Love yourself so deeply and so madly that it changes you, that others can feel it when in your presence. It changes everything ❤️

So much love to you all so deeply 🙏💫
