2025…. You brought super high highs but our lowest low.

This life is about the people and community we build. Our growth both personally and in business could not have been done alone.

Thank each of you, for feedback, encouragement, sharing, engaging and just believing when I couldn’t.

Here’s our recap:

January: we learned our adrenals being supported helps all the other issues going on in our bodies - hormones, sleep, nervous system regulation, weight etc. I also joined @monicalittlecoaching mastermind group!

February: our first viral moment due to local momma @fitbykiki and supporting her little ones Teething

March: we were back @sunflowerhillfarm with @radiatepilates as vendors with @threesilos_tastingcompany and back @vintagemarketdaysofstlouis

April: our third year as a vendor @lakestlouisfarmersmarket and our first year being a full season vendor, we loved it!

May: we outgrew our office and had to move operations to the basement

June: lots of markets but main highlight was seeing @lin_manuel @themuny, did u know he helped write the music for @bringitonthemusical?

July: We added @2simplesistersmarket to our line of wholesalers and it was such a dream come true

August: we paused and grieved the loss of my husbands dad and kids grandpa. We weren’t ready for this loss but it came quick and very cruelly. We are thankful for the promise and hope in heaven.

September: brought much of the same but we changed our market set up and am obsessed with it!

October: kicked off our affiliate program and flew us to Phoenix to meet my Mastermind group and celebrate our wins and hit 6 figures in sales!

November: we were back @longrowlavender for their Christmas market and it was our best ever then followed by our best Black Friday sales yet!

December: we finished out the year with lots of online orders, our last @lakestlouisfarmersmarket and seeing our collab with @themuny

If u made it to the end, I would love to hear your favorite moment(s) of 2025 or wishes for 2026!

Love you!

We'll be making this Blood Orange Sangria Mocktail with THREE SILOS Blood Orange infused EVOO this weekend at the next @radiatepilates Wellness Retreat at @sunflowerhillfarm!

Did you know that adding extra virgin olive oil to your cocktails or mocktails will add just the right amount of flavor and aroma to your drink, AND just the right amount of nutritious fats to impart a rich, silky texture and depth to your cocktail? (*Remember to strain before serving, skimming the coagulated oil and leaving only the essentials for a very pleasant experience.)

Can we take a moment for some real talk?

Life gets busy, and we all have that one thing we wish we could prioritize more.

For me, it’s finding me time - self-care, eating real food, hormone health, rest, and relaxation. I turn 38 today and spent my birthday at a wellness event at sunflower hill farm with radiate Pilates and it was a beautiful reminder of my intentions that I’ve already set for this next year.

What about you?

Maybe it’s utilizing aromatherapy for your hormone balance or cleaning up hormone disrupting products around your home with or maybe something simple like using the Urton co blends you already purchased but have been sitting for awhile (🙋🏻‍♀️ this is me y’all, which is utterly ridiculous)

As a Your Oil Bestie 😉 , I can help you reach your goals this year!

It’s only February! There’s still plenty of time this year to reach those goals you set for yourself at the start of the year.

Let me help you!

Comment below what you can prioritize this week and then take a moment after sharing and jot down one action step you can take today towards your goal.

I’ll leave mine in the comments as well!

Instagram said make some reels or else! So here we are. Spent this past Saturday morning at Longrow lavender. @radiatepilates taught a Pilates class, I taught a Gua Sha class & @longrowlavender taught how to make lavender oil. Was a truly beautiful day at the farm. Just wish Stl weather could be like this all year long. 🍂 Also I’ll be hosting another Facial Gua Sha class this Fall at @joyofyogastl so keep an eye out if you’re interested!
